Not much going on on here of late, anyone would think some people have lives or something. Anyway merry Christmas to all and sundry.

Merry Christmas Lancaster. Just about to go out for a few scoops with Mrs Mick and Mick Junior but here's one for a debate maybe - It comes to light today that Bournemouth went up last season and failed FFP. This will no doubt result in a fine which will be far outweighed by the payment they received for getting into the Premier league and knock on effect it will have on their wealth even if they do go straight back down. Does anyone think this is fair (I don't) and also what would happen if we did the same? I guess we'd get a heaftier fine, relegated, forced to play all home games behind closed doors with every goal the opposition scores to count as two, all Leeds players to be blindfolded and forced to play in slippers. This penalty would be right and just because the other football league chairmen (who have no agenda) would have voted on it!

I think the FL can only fine a club from the Championship if they have been promoted to the Premiership.
Clearly Bournemouth come under the Premiership rules and can't be relegated or points deducted as they are untouchable.
Sure I'm right but please correct me.

If Bournemouth get relegated, they will be welcomed back with a warm handshake, just like QPR. We will get a points deduction on there behalf.

Well Mick, obviously Bournemouth failed the famously fat person test because we, of course, have the fattest of fat controllers, I mean Eddie Howe is svelt like. I am more concerned with the price of a pint down here, its getting ridiculous, it costs me the same as a body fit LUFC top to watch them on telly in the pub now. But then, I am greedy!

Thought your question was cryptic so my answer is of course I do.
I like everyone.
If Leeds United fans can spend their time talking to each other on here then a little bit of banter is a great thing to share especially if they love the club.
My only criticism is it's a shame there aren't thousands sharing their thoughts and opinions every day.
Sorry Eds you would be very busy if I had my way.

I say we should go for broke . Spend big and see what happens if and when we get promoted. Surely the powers that be wouldn't blatantly come down harder on us than Bournemouth (said with tongue firmly in cheek)
