Can understand how SE is beginning to grate on people. Why is he shouting in the press about a new contract extension? 1 win in 10 is not time for self gratification. Sorry who thinks I'm not a Leeds fan for saying this, but I expect it to be 1 in 11 after Monday. Do we really need to know he has a gentleman's agreement with MC? Has he learnt nothing since been here. Cellino can change his mind from time to time. If we don't start winning games soon Steve you may get a new contract. But it will be with another club!

i don't think you have put anything here you need to appologise for or that would make you not look like a proper leeds fan. You make a lot of sense in this post and that is coming from me and I am a big fan of SE but he is even starting to grate me a little and while I think he has done decent job and improved the defensive side his record certainly is not one to boast about.

Agree with both of above. If results become so good that MC wants him to stay, then he will. What is it with all the coaches who end up gobbing off to the press and doing themselves no favours. I did also think SE was a bit different, but he's boring me now with his repetitiveness.

Spot on lads totally agree with everyone's comments, it grates me that when SE joined the club he said on Yorkshire radio "football is a results driven game and Roslers record of one win in ten mean't Rosler has to go as his record wasn't good enough"

Don't get me wrong. Unless results really go tits up ( or unless we can get Larry back on a 3 year contract) , I think SE should be backed in the summer window and given until Christmas. But surely his chances of that happening are down to what happens on the field, not what he keeps repeating at press conferences. If we don't get some wins soon, history shows that the summer transfer window will be too late for him.

Se does seem to grate abit but like past manager's he's had his hands tied. He made two good signings and said we needed four or five more quality player's. Cellino said no. Until we get a manager who builds his own team we will go nowhere.
