St Ledger? No thanks I'd prefer Pearce and Lees. But Gradel and Lichaj would be more than welcome.

Lichaj is a good player but i dont think he is as good as Byram tbh so coaxing a prem player to sit on our bench in the championship wouldnt be too easy.

Was at d game saturday and I thought norris was very good, along with d others mentioned below, but am I missing something with tonge, he is not good enough {Ed013's Note - Tonge has been a very good signing so far, I have to ask, what is d all about? I agree with the Norris comment, he played very well}

What happened to posts slating other peoples spelling & grammar not being posted? {Ed013's Note - Who is this aimed at? If it is me I asked what it meant! It took me a long time to understand LOL or LMAO etc etc. I cant see how saying I need to get with the youth as slating someone's spelling and grammer}

Hall (we are already getting him after his loan expires)

So, you don't think the midfield or defence needs strengthening, just pack to the team out with four wingers and 2 more strikers, don't apply for the managers job Lol !

So you would let Tonge go back, and we are left with norris and green in the mid and your happy with Brown as cover. Also I think douif offers something none of those players do, he can keep hold of the ball and win us free kicks to slow the game when needed. I cant see beckford fitting into our team each player is a grafter we know he is lazy.

whoever is staying anyway from elland road that lives within reasonable distance from it is nothing but a disgrance to our great club...you all moan bout how bad the team is doing,bates etc etc...well gfh are in charge now ..the team starting to look good..january will be a good month new players in..whats your pathetic excuse now come on out and support the team and make elland road a fortress once again and we will be back in the prem before we know it..

I live in Dublin and still make it too elland road between 14-20 times a season so whats your excuse lads {Ed013's Note - Are you the caller from Yorkshire radio? Mark? I agree the fans need to support the team, I wouldn't say the one's that are close are a disgrace though due to ticket prices and some people just don't have the money. I will however echo that if you can afford it, get back to supporting Leeds United and help the team out. This ship will sail very quick once everything is in motion and fingers crossed Leeds will be back in the Prem in the next 1-2 years. I bet if Leeds went to Wembley people would moan that they can't get a ticket when it gets announced that tickets will be sold on a loyalty system etc, people are already whining about the Chelsea game. I go back to what I always say, Leeds United have fans all over the World and they would love to go every week}

if leeds get to wembley it wont be loyalty that gets you a ticket its£££££s that get you one {Ed013's Note - Without a season ticket, members card or the attendance of games, you will struggle}

I agree i get over from Dublin about 10 times a year but it is getting harder to stretch the money MOT

ed my brothers companys got a box at er my son in laws company sponser a player. its not hard to get a ticket. sorry but money talks im afraid. that is football today. i dont agree with it but thats life {Ed013's Note - True money talks, but a lot of fans don't have the money. My point is that people that can afford to go, but for what ever reason won't go and when a big game comes up they whine when they can't get a ticket}

ed ive stood on the kop since 1966 seen some great times and some really great ups and downs love leeds till i die. stopped going when bates arrived that man has done untold damage to lufc and its supporters. the one and only reason leeds dont get big crowds is bates its a fact. his spate with levy lost him his ls17 crowd like it or not. most young ppl dont no the history of being a leeds fan. im not saying a successful lufc wont bring them back in time. get rid of bates now and you would add 5000 overnight. fact {Ed013's Note - I understand your point, but I think people need to understand that Bates is no longer able to take your money. He is only there to assist GFH and he will be gone at the end of the season. This club has so much potential and with the fans help they can get to the Prem league sooner rather than later. I understand how frustrated you are as are so many fans}

FFS lets stop all this 'Im not going to ER cos of Bates' His era is now over, fact. This excuse is now dated, move on and support the new owners, support Warnock and his team.
Get back to Elland Road and help Leeds United on their way back to the Premiership, when ever that is.

Jerome Thomas's current contract runs out at the end of the season. Still a little early to get hopes up but he will have to make a descision on his future sooner or later.

Says on skysport transfer thingy Ian Harte is being lined up fro a move to Millwall in January.

Surely he would make good cover or even 1st choice left back for us till end of season - His freekicks and penalties are invaluable (he scored 10 goals last season for reading from them)

I agree with many that you should never go back but in Harte's case i would make an exception. I would have him back anytime.

To people that keep going on about Harte , they are looking at him with rose coloured glasses or never watched him every week.
Harte cost us plenty more games than he won for us
I remember that game against Newcastle when we were 3-1 up and then through Harte getting murdered for pace against the little Peruvian winger Solano we lost 4-3 were knocked off the top and never qualified for the Champ League and the rest is history.
He was overated then so what is he like now ??
Only got in the team coz O'leary loved picking Irish players. Gary Kelley a million times better anyway at right back.
I will admit he played well in recent games against us for Carlisle and Reading, but hes had his day . We move on
