Can anyone please help 3 stranded leeds fans, need to get to Blackburn sat but the train looks a no go, apart from driving anyone with any ideas?

Find a pub what go to away matches and book coaches, the hope inn on york road have booked 3 coaches, plantation pub in middleton have booked 3 coaches, white rose whites have booked 2 coaches been picked up from the hope. The vine in town has booked a coach. Ring them 3 pubs and ask about spaces

I know Noel hunt hasn't been amazing the times he's played this season but I was speaking to him on Saturday in the players lounge after the boro game and he's been playing with a niggle since pre season, I said aslong as he gives a 100% for leeds he will gain respect which I think he does, a real nice down to earth bloke and amusing character. Was chatting to a colleague at a works do last night and he was a decent chap despite having, ManUfanitus, a horrible debilitating condition that makes you a fan of a bad football club. He was suggesting that MUFC fans don't see us as big rivals anymore, sure there will always be some bad feeling at any games between us but he said they consider the big 4-5 in the premiership as rivals and the teams they hate now especially the younger fans who have never really seen a top flight LUFC-MUFC derby game. So what do you guys think, are MUFC still our big rivals or has another team taken over as our most hated.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

I can think of one team I dislike more than Manchester United - Galatasaray

Agree0 Disagree0

ManWho??

Agree0 Disagree0

I don't think we really have any rivals at the moment. I think there's a few teams that most Leeds fans dislike in Man U, the dirty Turks and Norwich. There's also a few teams who think that we see them as big rivals like the dog botherers, Wednesday and Barnsley but in truth we don't care. I think the issue is that we see ourselves above rivalries with small clubs but whilst we're in the championship, there can't really be a rivalry with any of the big clubs.

Agree0 Disagree0

I loathe chelsea more than manutd.

Agree0 Disagree0

Hesgot a point can't have a rivalry with a team u don't compete against

Agree0 Disagree0

I still detest Salford but it would be nice to detest them at close quarters. Maybe soon .

Agree0 Disagree0

I don't think we have any major rivals at the minute but my son who was reading this too thinks that kids at his school do see Wednesday and Huddersfield as rivals because they are local. He doesn't see why his dad, me, gets all worked up about Manchester United but then as he is 12 he doesn't remember any league games against them and has only seen the FA cup game a few years ago.

Agree0 Disagree0

Kids who support manchester utd don't care about leeds.

if GFH want to show that they are serious and want to give funds for players, why not put in a cheeky loan for Jermaine Defoe! cannot understand why a player like he is cannot get a game at spurs when they are one of the poorest scoring sides in the prem

Its rumoured he's leaving Spurs for 90,000 a week wages, does that give you a clue.

Agree0 Disagree0

He's on 70k-80k a week are you for real we are in the championship you clearly want us to go bust wake up will you

Agree0 Disagree0

You seriously have no idea jermain defoe is a england international still gets in the squads and you think we would have a chance of getting him get real fans like you need to take a reality check.

Agree0 Disagree0

Ooh some people, was just a bit of banter, spurs may have paid most of his wages to give him some game time at least

Agree0 Disagree0

He is one of the dumbest egomaniacs/footballers on the planet. If he wasn't a footballer he would be unemployed.

Agree0 Disagree0

If defoe was to go on loan it would be probably qpr anyway due to the fact they have the money and thry have redknapp also in london so wouldn't have to relocate

Agree0 Disagree0

An 18 week loan at 80K wages is 1.44Meg. and we'd want option to sign on promotion to prem. and we might scrape that sort of money together.

Buying outright a premier league competent striker is significantly more than 1.44Meg right now. and we don't have it

Do we think Jermain at 1.44 Meg could make a difference. and would we want to hold onto him should we go to prem.

My answer is yes.

Not such a daft idea.

Defoe is slightly to ambitious in my book, even Liverpool would jump at a player like him. QPR have a Croatian international in Niko Krancjar, played in the world cup and Uefa Cup. They have Canadian international Junior Hoilett, Braziallan international Cesar . how does he need to wake up when other sides with some cash in this league are doing it, were not QPR in terms of money but I'm sure we can afford one premier league quality player in our side, what size capapcity is our ground again? 38/40,000 .

Agree0 Disagree0

Haha you do realise that qpr are millions in debt all these players you mentioned are on thousands think you need to wake up mate
