End of last season every man and his dog was saying Morrison was sh*t, now there all moaning that he's going! ffs let BMcD get on with the joband let's get behind him & the team he choose's! also, all this negativity about Hunt, he may not be prolific, but how much work does he do for the team in assists? What would Beckford done without Bechio?

It's not just how good or bad Morrison is, it's all the money tied up in him. If he had been sold we could have reinvested the cash. We have got rid of bechhio and got nothing to show for it. I just hope that the wages are for somebody better than Hunt, personally I would rather see poleon start

Yes it's not that at all, had we had £2 million for Becchio then great, but we all but swapped him for a load of crap, it's just more of the same by Leeds, time and time again, really bad business. The idea in football is that if you sell someone for a fee, you should actually get better in!

Well if he gets his game together at Millwall won't that put him in the shop window for us to sell? Maybe £2m? I'd also heard from a physio who works at TA that the guy had an attitude problem & didn't get on with a lot of the team!

There will probably be an agreed fee in place. And if not he might improve over the year and come back a better player.

I was really dispondent with us not bringing a host of players in to get us to the promised land. Then I took a step back & looked at our youths.

A full team of very decent young players with the best manager in the league for developing talent. And with arguably the best acadamy in the league many more to come.
It might take a few years but suddenly my glass is half full & the clouds are not so grey.

We have success based on our youth players & shrewd transfer policies we've always had to sell to fund success.

Got good youth
Got some good players from last year
Getting a few more from mcd wheeling and dealing
Mcd plays good attacking football.

Of course they give a sh*t about Leeds person, just because they are not filthy rich don't mean they don't care. They have had to sort out the financial mess Bates left (yes he's to blame remember ) and now they are trying to rebuild the club whilst adhering to the new fair play rules. They have lowered the ticket prices and restructered the membership which fans wanted. This is probably going to cost them if the fans don't return. Fans need to get back supporting the team and the new owners if we are to move forward, I think you will find our manager said the same, EVERYONE should be going in the same direction. So stop slagging off the owners and do as McD and be positive for a change.

Just can't believe what McD is doing with the squad. Even the players we are linked with don't seem up to the task. We will be lucky to finish above 16th at this rate. Hopefully it just won't turn out to be a relegation scrap. You can all say I am pessimistic and negative but to be honest you are all thinking it, what stand out players do we have apart from byram? This season could be terrible. GFH OUT! Also if Leeds go up I would quite happily run around the Leeds ring road naked covered in sauce.

A team is a team. A group of players that perform, badly or well together. We may not have the best players in the championship but we sure as hell haven't the worst. Even with brainless owners we will do better this year

As it stands this would be my starting team Kenny Cb Pearce CbLees Cb Peliter RWB Byram LWB Warnock Midd Thompson Midd Green Att Midd Dawson Att Smith Att McCormack. No way would that side go down in fact with Hunt and poelon adding pace that side may have a go at play offs with Diouf to come on as well.

Please god no, no offence but 5 at the back reeks of desperation, we would be exploited in the midfield

That team would defo be fighting relegation. you can't just put two yound lads like that straight in midfield we would just get out played

The year reading went up and Hunt scored 14 goals not bad for a player who can't score. Morrison didn't look like having 14 shots last year never mind goals. The injury has taken a yard off pace from Morrison as the Millwall fans will see. He relied on his running power which has now gone, The lad spent a long time in the lower divisions on crap pitches, which looks to have taken its toll as 29 is when u should be at your peak. Not on the slide. Hunt on the other hand will add pace to the attack he can run for days and has a fantastic leap on him. He will make chances for Ross as well, And matt smith will turn out to be the freebie off the summer (if we get 2 wingers ) One rumour I've heard is Cardiff going to bid in the region off 3. 5 million for Byram.

Before this shower of s--t arrived at elland rd I said the fans who were so desperate for them to takeover should be careful what they wished for, these persons will take us straight into administration because they can't pay the bills and are lending money left right and centre. I take no pleasure is saying I told you so but administration is inevitable and I also said that we would end up been the next Portsmouth, we just can't compete with any other team in this division, even huddersfield have more cash than us, how can that be, its because they know how to run a football club properly, these persons we've got have not got a clue, you have to ask yourself why buy a club if you don't have the working capital to make it a success.

All this negativity is strange, as a life long Leeds fan we have had our ups and downs, we sing about them every week! But Brian McD has obviously seen with or without promises that Leeds is somewhere where he wants to be! So, why don't we get behind his judgement and support our club, forget the past, we are leeds and be proud!
