Every day I get up thinking today is the day, today we will know what the hell will happen. Positive that today it will be revealed. Then go to bed thinking it will all be revealed tomorrow. the torture will end tomorrow.
Repeat this cycle day after day after day. I don't think the FL are F&PP. They are mafia wanting next seasons auto promotion certainties removed from the equation to give their clubs a slightly better chance. Shame on the FL. I hope one day we can shyte on them from a great height.

I just listened to the cellino telephone call in full, absolutely brilliant! I will be so gutted if he gets turned down again. Not only because we will be screwed but because I think he would be an exciting and dedicated owner.

So the QC is reserving is reserving judgement? What the hell is that of use to us? A no at least we would have known where we stood. And perhaps the useless gfh may have got other offers! Seems everybody is in cahoots to screw us up. Or maybe getting paranoid. But as I say . Reserving judgement is neither one thing or another. Just takes us closer to administration. That everybody seems to want. Papa smirf waiting in the background waiting to pick on the bones

Everybody should read the radio interview with massimo cellino, he tells more about leeds united than anybody has told the fans in years, and he tells you that's bates like the vulture he is waiting in the wings to buy us for nothing, and bates haigue and the rest are all plotting behind the scenes, oh and mc dermot is getting 800 grand a year fron reading as well 700 grand a year from leeds, the wage bill at leeds is a staggering 18 million a year, and is one of the reasons leeds are losing a million a month, he also says he is taking leeds united over because he loves the fans and if he were sensible he would back out now.

Reserving your judgement to look at all the facts is totally acceptable, unlike the FL who just waited for one reason to ban Cellino out of hand.

Patience bob, it'll all come out int wash. I personally think it's a good thing that it's taking time. It's a massive decision & I think a quick answer would definitely have been a quick no so hopefully he's taking time to come to the right decision. Hope so anyway pal!

Is this interview real? If it is I don't know how the team, BMD and DH will be able to show their faces tomorrow!
I haven't seen anything from any of the parties concerned denying the interview or the content, so my guess is that it is real.

If the FL don't pass him we are gone! Anyone else see the similarities between the Luke Murphy comment and what we did with Seth Johnson 10 years ago?!

Bates involvement is also real, why would his wife lend leeds a reported 1.5 million, is he still pulling the strings, telling GFH not to pay wages, does he want us in admin again so he can do the same again?, he's categorically denied any involvement and we all know the lies he comes out with, he's after finishing the demolition job he started, been seen having dinner with Haigh, FFS, what the hells going on.

Me neither ben, the managment ought to resign enblock along with most of the players

100 % genuine he may be a Character but I have to say I agree with every word he says. GFH are a joke and a disgrace!

ok i'm no QC but heres my opinion. the basis of any modern law system is you are innocent until proven guilty. if you are proven guilty of something and then appeal this decision you are still classed as innocent until the appeal is heard. as massimo has appealled his conviction in the eyes of law he is innocent. thus the FL can not fail massimo on this case and the QC will say that the FL's decision was unfair on these grounds

I think it is certainly a positive thing that it hasn't been ruled legal straight away. The QC must have some reservations that the FL were wrong. If they can only put forward the same argument again then I don't see how he could rule in favour of them.

Also the FL panel are not lawyers, although they will have legal advice. the QC will look at this solely from a legal aspect and not on footballing matters. therefore I can only see one outcome - that massimo is fit and proper (his daughter is certainly fit). happy days are coming back. the future is bright. the future is white (and red and green)

Just hearing that the announcement decision on the takeover has been 'Reserved' until tomorrow.

Ed, help me out here with my thinking but IF they were to uphold the previous decision it would be much more straight-forward to announce the same day, . dare I say it a bit more controversial to overturn a decision from the FL, hence the reservation in announcing until perhaps FL legal team have a chance to digest and prepare a reply/explanation for the original ruling.

I think they will want to wait till after Cellino's appeal in Italy, which does not help us!

Also the QC may have considered the clear conflict of interest angle when assessing the validity of the original verdict ( competitor club chairmen on decision panel with vested interest in lufc not getting the nod) If this is to be viewed legally then this could constitute a breach of due process.

Im no legal expert but I hope the above is a factor in some way as this will be in our favour.

A bit of an extreme simile but maybe like having the family of murder victims on the dury of the trial of the alleged killer.

Sorry can't think of a better example.

got a lot of respect for Massimo, put a lot of money into leeds and probably not guna win today. seriously hopes he does though, shows a lot of passion, sounds like a good man. the phone interview shouldn't of been recorded but now we know a lot of the truth. WE ALL LOVE LEEDS

On a footballing note, it p!!!!!s me off that warnock isn't playing left back. And dropped for pugh ffs. And also tonge is our best central mid. Away from the field, i'm not a religious person but I will be if MC gets the nod, if their is a god please look down on leeds for once, ta fella! Vinny.

That phone call is UNREAL, I have listened to it 5 times because I keep trying to understand it. What a mess.

And what good has this phone call done for the club? Tomorrow the fans should be 100% behind the lads and the club, but instead it will be a rotten atmosphere allowing Charlton to sneak a win and pull us further into the relegation scrap.

That phone call should not have been released, especially today.Celino is to my mind what we have been crying out for.Really cannot believe the stupidity of the radio guy putting this out when the appeal is about to be heard.This could hurt Celino and Leeds!

Were not in a relegation fight, you need to calm down and be realistic.

You are spot on the guy should have told him who he was and it was been recorded.

Yea just listened to it the guy talks from his heart and sounds like he should be in the maffia you could really tell how annoyed he was with anyone to do with leeds accept the fans who he loves I. Reckon if he gets accepted today a lot of people wil be losing their jobs and if true about david haigh than I hope he 1st to go.

Well, another week dawns in the soap opera that is Hellandale. I am so punch drunk and numb that I doubt another kick in the proverbials is even going to be felt. I can only hope that the QC recognises that rhe FL have a responsibility to one of their members wellbeing rather than pushing them over, kicking them when they are down then jumping all over us just to make sure. You couldn't make this crap up, but whoever ends up as owner has a massive job on their hands. The grey men in grey suits have done their work well and carnage ensues
