So. what is Radz and our mighty board going to do about all this? Football always comes down to results. Would TC have done any worse than this - where is the improvement! This is making Cellino look good. School report might read "E5". rubbish quality and no effort. Oh when might we have a proper owner / management who know what that are doing!

I think I realise what the 5 year plan is:
Year 1: but a load of youth players, don’t spend too much
Year 2: relegation, maybe blood a few of the better youngsters
Year 3: the majority of young players should be ready to step up to the 1st team in League 1, where they can blend into a unit and continue to improve while winning promotion back to the Championship
Year 4: back to back promotions with a great team who have now spent 4 years playing together, or just miss out on promotion
Year 5: back up year to get promoted if we miss out in year 4

Second in every department and dissappointed in Heckys conservative choices. If I give way on his dropping of Pearce then why didn't he try a Clarke or Dalby even for just 45mins. I was debating whether Ekuban was a poor striker or just a striker getting poor service. Then came the one on one. Decision made. He is not a natural striker. A natural striker would have placed that and not just hit it and fluffed it.

Not the least bit surprised at tonight’s score outcome, feel very sorry for our magnificent supporters and whilst this group of players have consistently under performed I just don’t get the logic, strategy for PH using this line up? What will he learn this evening that he didn’t already know? I always like to look for any grain of positivity but what is PH trying to achieve learn from this line up. If transfer budgets, are going to be tight he has the perfect opportunity to blood as many players as is feasible before year end, there is no expectations of a win at Fulham, and I’m sure the magnificent travelling support would prefer to see our youngsters given a chance than this! He’s under no real pressure compared to Coleman or Monkey, but football supporters can stomach a lot but mediocrity isn’t won of them, this is the first time that I’ve doubted PH isn’t right, not because of the result, I think we all knew that before kick off, no it’s his lack of courage in selection. Going to need some really strong tinted glasses for this one.

I aren't sure any manager could do much with the current squad, ph will say judge me next season when he has his own players, but where's he going to get money from, by the sounds of it we won't have much to spend unless we sell, and we all k ow how many saleable assets we have.

Yes very poor, some of them can't do the basics, passing to our own players seems to be to much to ask. And we always look like we can concede at set pieces.

Pearce on bench again while we play a right back at left back and a left winger at right back, baffling. Look at Sessegnon 18 and a regular for ages. How will Pearce improve sat on bench. All this talk of knocking his confidence is bull, did it hurt Sessegnons game when fulham were getting beat every other week at beginning of season. Dalby and Macucha should be on bench as well, what will Anita offer and how is Grot better than Dalby.

On the recruitment of players there is always an element of uncertainty surrounding how good the players brought in will actually be. It is a gamble . What gets me is how far some of the players we brought in last summer are from the standard required. Have they been really good players at their former clubs and then come to us and become pony, are the club doing something wrong with the players or are the players just not good enough and we should not be recruiting them in the first place. This is Orta's responsibility and based on the performance of his recruits and the results of the team, he has failed completely.

and has Orta decided on the players he thinks will be a success or has he been instructed to sign the best players he can for a maximum sum and it is simply a bit hit and miss. We don't have the largest wage allowance so maybe they are just the best we can afford within our wage structure.

Its Radz responsibility, he employed Orta after totally making a mess at Boro and still sticks with him after turning what was a team well capable of challening for promotion with a couple of quality additions into a poor team instead sacks the manager replacin him with a guy with a poor record at Barnsley compare this with Warnock Cardiff in bottom 3 when he took over kept them up now looking odds on for promotion a guy who knows this league and players to get the job done which neither Radz or Orta has managed to do how much have Millwall spent? and look where they are, we sign arguably worst keeper seen at Leeds for ages then let Green much better keeper leave in my opinion as lon as Orta has a say in signings can't see us progressing big doubt about Heck as well no quick fixes me thinks for us hope i'm wrong time will tell eh

PA The answer to your question is all to do with the competitiveness of the league they come from. Some take to the English league immediately and look sharp, others take half a season to bed in and are not quite the force they were abroad but still look good and worth keeping and then there's others who are made to look quite ordinary. Then there's what I call the Wiedwald category. They are found out as poor. For category one, we have Saiz. For category two, we have Alioski. For category three, we have Klich. Klich is a tidy player but all wrong for the English game. Then there's category four which needs no explanation. Perhaps Orta adopted a shotgun approach and this is what you get. He needs to be more focused because Saiz and Alioski show he can do it.

Warnock signed players that had played in the championship, he even got Bamba playing well . I always thought he had a tough time at Leeds especially with Bates selling players left right and centre . Having a budget isn't the issue as there's so many teams above with less, we spent most of the season without a proper left back then we sign a guy who has never played in this league, we failed to replace Bark and brought a Gk who I don't think will ever be good enough, think we 've been down this road with Gk before . Simple answer is to look at players from teams in Champ and released premier lg .
