The possible transfer post has generated a lot of debate......my question is - how many of those mentioned could guarantee promotion and sustain life in the premiership, surely this is the criteria for any signings?
Believable2
Unbelievable0
Think that keeping tate for the full season or perm... make him captain...
extend the loans of Tonge and Thomas till end of season or sign them perm in jan if cheap enough... they out of contract in summer i believe...
think these 3 can contribute to a prem campaign.... not saying they would set it a light... but could do a job....

One of the most positive thing about the win versus Huddersfield is the fact we did it without diouf, Rudy and Pearce. Austin and diouf are two of our most important players so the fact we turned them over despite that MOT future looking good

Two prem miscasts hAve instantly transformed Leeds
So forget the mackel smiths and other champ non starters
Get rid of the captain and other rubbish. Spend the dosh ( whatever is neded ) sign Thomas, diouf and Tate and tinge plus spend about 6 mill On a striker and a defender. There are plenty of prem ears out there ( as someone said, like strachan ) that teams think are passed it but stillhave skill experience 4 years in them and a point to prove.
Finally, forgive me fir I have sinned
I was a big warnock out! And now I'm thinking, steady Eddie, give him a chance! But I tell ya, revert back to the utter crAp you were playing and I will be back!!

Right here and now, this is one of the stupidest posts I have seen for a while. A toothless Pre takeover stylee stab in the dark. You a terriers fan? Or miss the days of relevant bates bashing. The world of lufc has changed, my man!

What the hell are you talking about?
Agree10

And the really worrying thing about that is "How the hell do you know that Mrs bates has excess spiders legs down there?"
Seek counselling now or you're heading down the slippery slope to deviancy; unless of course you are an octogenarian also, in that case I would say "Well done old man"

I was in hospitality for the Udder vs Leeds match and Clayton got their man of the match. While he was on stage they asked him what Ross said to him when he lined up for the penalty. Apparently he said " As a friend I just want to tell you, Kenny knows which way your going to go".
Although we had many players on great form on Saturday I thought Ross was magnificent and never slowed down. For a player who hasn't put in a full game for a few months I thought his work rate was fantastic. Also as it about turns out he's got a sense of humour too.

There is just one tweak needed at the moment. Warnock needs to forget about the captaincy and the fee for peltier and the need to play him for those reasons. And plat the best left back at the club adam drury. peltier you are officially the weakest link. Other than that very optimistic about the rest of the season.

I think Peltier realizes by mid-January his place in the team and therefore his captaincy will be under threat.

Original poster here. Those that have disagreed. I bet not one of you have seen him play live this season. And by live i mean actually go to the game and see for yourself .

Why criticise people when they disagree with your opinion and brand them as people who don't go to games. Just realise that your opinion isn't always the right one (although it is on this occasion) the club relies on all the fans those that go and those that don't through shirt sales etc. do those that can attend games great those that can't for what ever reason are still entitled to their opinion. This is our year now lets all get behind the team and behind eachother! MOT

I agree Peltier is rubbish and I think most people with a footballing brain would agree. My choice would be to replace him with the free agent Zambrotta - Quality fullback (for either LB or RB) and better captain material

Good shout, didn't know he was without a club. getting on a bit but still a world cup winner.

Another player without a club (i think), Rudi Skacel, tons of experience, can strikea ball very well, even as short-term i think hed be very good

I think Pelts should focus on training rather than putting his name to cringe worthy mail shots trying to sell tickets for future games.
I'm a season ticket holder and he has emailed 3 times this last week asking me to continue my support by buying tickets I already have.
Worry about your own seat (on the bench) rather than mine, I'm sorted thanks.

What is it about Leeds United that every one and there dog hate so much .GFH take over they instantle inject more money into the club to back what they have already put in we get two new lone players that we would not have had otherwise.
The team and fans breath a side of relief and a new optimism descends on the club followed by 3 straight wins catapulting Leeds for 18th to 10th spot confidence oozing through the team and a real belief that this season is not over by any strech of the imagination.
Step up the Daily fecking Mail in an attempt to try p-ss all over any optimizam that may be descending on Leeds fans place doubt in their minds stir things up. Use the power of suggestion to undermind the new owners by putting out a article that says nothing but insinuate plenty.
This is nothing more than poor journalism at its best dig up anything they can find no mater how insignificant and try turn it into something it's not though one or two unpopula words it to the mix transparency/clarity/Manchester United/clarification and a conspiracy is born well not today and not here tommorows toilet papaer nothing more

If you read it properly they have already taken 30 percent stake in the club from bates rest plus all the other small holders shares will be transferred to gfh on December 21. Ppl can't ready.
Story is a load of rubbish and David haigh on twitter gas been to see his solicitor about libel

Few successful companies or leaders get through life without a few discrepancies here and there. If you look at your own CV there are probably a few bits of stretched truth.
GFH C aren't the owners for 2/3 weeks yet so until they are and have been deemed fit and proper by the powers at be I dont think it matters much. Why should they explain themselves to us now?
Once they run the show I will base my opinion of them on their actions in supporting Leeds united on and off the field.
Poor journalism without a point. They even quote the illustrious leader of Lust, always a man with his finger on the truth.
Also you have to remember the Mail doesn't really like foreigners...did you expect a flattering article of a middle Eastern company? Must have been a slow Diana day.
Agree3

Just to the first replt to this. Warnock did not change his targets when GFH bought 33.33% in Leeds Holdings. He said there wasn't time to change course. He did say they helped in getting Thomas deal over the line but I do feel he said this to get fans on there side, Which i can understand with the crap thats gone on. I think the 21st and Jan are going to tell us what we all want to know. Do these people mean what they say?
