Heres a thought. I frimly believe the players we have are top six and manger is bottom 1.now. if a manager come in and team were doing bad we would say give manager time to put his stamp on it, then if things got better manager would be praised now. at first we were flying top of the league couldn't get beat because we have great players then the manager had a chance to put his stamp on things and we are falling apart. we have good players maybe the manager has just ruined them. i predict if we get a good manager in we will start flying again and show how good our players are at this level

No matter who plays at the back. We are absolutely horrendous at defending balls into the box. Should it be from corners. Free kicks. Or crosses out wide . we are just terrible at reading the ball inti the box. It's embarrassing as it's not just this season. It's been for a few years. And teams know. Get the ball into the box. They havnt a clue.

I posted this earlier, but there have been so many posts since. I noticed today we have a very small side. anything in the air is against us, simply because we don't have any height. Cardiff, as you'd expect under The Colin, were all "units", all over the pitch, and the simple fact is, that unless your team is full of Messi's or even Gobbing Saiz's, you cannot compete with that physicality. that was our undoing, and has been for many matches this season. aaaaaand, cue thumbs down.

TC may not be the man for the job and Orta certainly isn't Radrizanni will have to change everything he does regarding recruitment the only player worth bringing back out of the injures and suspensions is Siaz the rest are just squad players to me O'kane, Phillips Vieira are not good enough for our midfield Cooper not good enough and if TC had any balls he would have stripped him from the captaincy, Alioski all he does his commit fouls or fains injury we have no fire power up front that's why no one gets hammered at ER through the negativety of TC and his predictable formation next few games should see him gone can't see us scoring or securing any points but Radrizanni as to learn and learn fast starting by getting rid of Orta, where linked with a serie B striker who plays for Capri for me it's just another Doukara if he's that good at 25 whys he playing serie B football which is way down in standard from the championship this club never seems to learn no more 30,000 plus crowds at ER this season I'm afraid. TC might be given some slack as players out injured and suspensions, Radz may consider TC is restricted with starting line up. He is fielding an under strength team until suspensions served and injuries llist improves. Agree don't believe TC is right for us, but can't see Radz adopting Cellino attitude. Just hope we can get the 50 something points to stay in this league, no easy games.

there is an easy game leeds away about as soft a three points as you can get, i do have some (like 1.2%) symapthy for TC but results were poor before. For me it is not a question of should TC be sacked, it is a question of how? I think they should do a game of Thrones Shame scene, strip TC naked and make him walk from ER to leeds city centre with Rads shouting Shame and everyone giving him stick and throwing stuff at him, this is about the only thing that would get me back to ER this season

Must admit I’ve been firmly in the not change unless we can get someone better. Before today I would have stated that Larry wouldn’t necessarily mean better. Now as Martyn said IF we could get Silva that would be our greatest signing for some time. Definitely a no brainer. Also, looking at Larry at Sunderland he was working with pretty much the strength of side we put out today so doesn’t necessarily mean he could turn this bunch around either? Where I’m wavering is that it would seem us that the players have stopped playing for TC and that is a genuine concern. Much as it pains me to say it no team managed by Colin would have performed as ineptly as this past few weeks. Really think Radz is thinking the long term plan so I don’t envisage any changes, the next question is for the plan to work it was expected we would remain in the championship! So IF, we can get Silva, Cook then definitely change if not, we’ll that's a worry. Lastly think it a little unbalanced that Berardi hasn’t been slated as per O’kane, Pearce ? Just because he’s a psycho legend doesn’t guarantee us any more points and we definitely lose the same with ten men.

Beginning of the season it was Champions, then maybe 2nd but definitely auto, then maybe have to go up via playoffs, then top 6 for sure, then well maybe top 10, now it's next season if we avoid relegation.

I feel that despite his limitations as a coach TC has been hampered by the utterly shite signings of Orta. Too many are not good enough to play in League 1 never mind the championship. We have been out of the top flight since 2004! 14years! Just think about that, 14years. This squad is nowhere near good enough to get us there. Radz needs to seriously look at his advisors and get real! In the summer we lose Pontus and Samu, because they are the only players with value. Its a sad sad situation and sorry seems to be the hardest word! We need change root and branch, finish in the top six? Really?

For between 5-6 mil. alioski and roofe have got to be up there with the worst signings ever. both look like Sunday league players to me, alioski always on the foot, can't beat a man, can't cross a ball, I fail to see his strengths, roofe? . most unreliable player in our squad, been tried in at least 4 positions, can't perform regularly in either, has no passion/heart/balls. gives up too easy. both need moving on as they are piss poor. the buck doesn't stop there, but over the last couple of months these 2 have been so bad it's time to air the views

Not quite a TC OUT man just. I think He should be given a chance to be judged on the performances of a full team. You only have to luck at what terrible misfortune has left him and try to put a meaningful team together and you will soon be knee deep in screwed up balls of paper. He does have faults. Every manager does and I think He could do a lot worse than getting in a Strongman Defensive Coach to instil discipline into the team not only in themselves each one but also in the shape they take when defending. Every man should know exactly where he should be and what he should be doing in every conceivable situation.

Don't agree. TC (Totally Clueless) only prepared to change his tactics when we have a player sent off. Persists with same players in same positions despite some not justifying a place in team such as Alioski. Substitutions were ridiculous today with players clearly exasperated with what he is doing. Players must also take responsibility but the culture created by the weak willed head coach makes it easy for players to make poor decisions as they face no rebuke

I'm moving into the TC out camp, albeit reluctantly. Today, for the first time in 50 years of watching football, I left before the final whistle and over 3 hours later I haven't made my mind up if it was because of my team's performance, the strange subbing of Lassy or the blatantly biased referee. Every week we have to put up with it, Bamba stamps Pontus, no probs. Berardi doesn't even foul a lad and he's booked . Just unbelievable. To say I'm a little bit miffed is very much an understatement . we only get s*** refs

Dependant upon Pontus injury I would shake up the team a bit. Try for a 4-1-3-2 Felix - Anita, Penn, Stuijk (Halme) , DeBock - Pearce (Romario) - Hernandez, Forshaw, Dallas - Roberts, Grot. I know TC doesn't like Anita I don't particularily but nobody else fits naturally. I am assuming Shaugnessy is out. Forshaw looked the business, enercy and creativity so he goes centre. Let's see if Roberts is any good and give Grot another chance. At least they will be mobile, full of running and cant' be much worse than Lassoga. Hopefully, a surprise package. I know you could argue all day but it is difficult without playing to many kids out of position on a debut. I also toyed with the idea of finding room for O'Connor and Dalby.

Rads has been involved for over a year now and has had 2 transfer windows. We are getting closer to league one than top 2. Continental experiment is not working. Currently it does not look like it will. Alongside Orta, Ivan Bravo also has Rads ear. These 2 are the football people guiding Rads . If Rads is going to spend money he needs a new strategy and some better advisors because if Orta/Bravo think some of these players are up to it, they need to go as well. Looking back over our results for the season we have had 2 spells were the results were good, at the start of the season when we still had the defensive influence of Monks coaching and were fresh. Then a spell in Nov/Dec when we stopped the rot. Outside of these 2 spells we have been poor. Think TC has lost the players ( maybe through fatigue) . Double sessions in Spain don't help with fatigue in the middle of January. They have not come back from Spain looking any better. A weeks holiday a couple of nights out and some R+R would have been better than over working the players causing burnout

I still like TC for the style of football he wants us to play, because it is, on its day, the best we've seen for a long time. I don't blame him for the Reds; players have been daft, and Cardiff could, and should have had at least one today. The squad is now threadbare. The season is done. Keep reading 'season over', 'preparing for next year' etc. Firstly we still have to secure enough points to stay up and secondly, our buys have been poor. We have let better players go and assuming that continues then we will be weaker next year. Re the Ian Harte thing can’t help thinking it’s got a lot more to do with Harte being young Jack Clarke’s agent and the potential financial implications. Also, it’s not a sound premise to label everyone foreign as unlikely to have the necessary mettle that’s not great in my opinion, I loved Viduka and if you get too far down the road on the foreign view what about Republic if Ireland for Mr Harte or King Billy being Scottish, saying it’s wring to hear Spanish being spoken? One of the jobs of the U23s manager, if not the first job, is mental. He must instil, at every turn, pride in the shirt. They must, run til they drop, they must fight to the last (no red cards pls) , they must leave everything on the park, they must virtually be carried off at the end, Every time they wear that shirt. If they do not learn that and give it now they will be found out if they step up to the first team. The crowd are not stupid, we will spot anyone who does not give his all. We will forgive many things but never, not trying. In view of that I wonder if we have the right man in charge of the academy. Should we be looking at someone with Leeds running thro their veins. There are so many names that would fit, from Eddie Gray to Vinnie Jones via Noel Whelan. I am sure others can offer many different suggestions.
