With warnock looking far from fully fit and durry some way off also. should aidy be recalled from su or will it be a toss up between Pugh and Pearce for left wing back?

Cant recall white until he's been there 28 days.

Agree0 Disagree0

Where is Charlie Taylor now? is he still on the books? or there's always Danny Pugh.

Charlie Taylor is earning rave reviews at Fleetwood isn't he? he is a real prospect and hopefully will be a regular from next season.

Agree0 Disagree0

Taylors not earning rave reviews at all. I saw him play v York City and he looked as average as all the other league two players on view.

Agree0 Disagree0

Got to be Pugh!

Agree0 Disagree0

Didn't Taylor score on Saturday? {Ed003's Note - nope}

Agree0 Disagree0

To give him credit I thought that Pearce did a reasonable job (as a wing back). His crosses aren't great but won every header and knocking it in toward the box. Not saying he will be amazing but as cover he is an option.

Agree0 Disagree0

Taylor loan at fleetwood extended until january now so we can forget about him for the time been

They must have kept him because he is so average! (sarcasm))

how can people blame Norwich for nicking our best players, if leeds saw a good player in the division below, we would probably start with a cheeky offer thinking that they would reject it. if they accepted it then great. then you see they have another good player so try again with a low price!
the fact is all clubs try to get the best price so the problem is bates not Norwich

Believable0 Unbelievable0

I still hope they get relegated

Never mind the "how can people blame Norwich for nicking our best players?" approach. It isn't something I give any rational thought to, I just DO blame Norwich. As we were in the ascendancy against Yeovil, the guy I have my season ticket next to in the Revie Stand was giving me a goal by goal update about the demise of Norwich at the hands of Man City. My grin was becoming broader and broader. The only down side was that instead of 7, it wasn't 8 or 9 they were beaten by. I think I am a fairly balanced and easy-going sort of bloke but I don't think I'm in a minority of Leeds fans who want Norwich to go down, many of us do, so please don't tell me not to blame Norwich, in the words of the Four Tops, "I Can't Help Myself!"

Agree0 Disagree0

I dont .

i hate them they took becchio just for the sake of it and we didn't make anything out of it, but I blame bates for making us look cheap

Agree0 Disagree0

Who gives a toss about Norwich. far better things to think about.shrew leeds

Agree0 Disagree0

These Norwich haters wanna grow up. They just bought some good players off us and as we were willing to sell what's the problem? Personally I hope they have a good season as all the players who went there done their best at LEEDS and deserve our respect. i'd take all of them back tomorrow especially Snodgrass. MOT. ps. Role on top 6! Top 2?!?!

Agree0 Disagree0

I want them to go down because of the players who left us to get Premier league football. **** them. should have stayed loyal to us. I don't care about excuses about better money. if they had stayed, we may have been promoted by now and they would be earning the money they wanted. I'm talking about Johnston, Howson, and Snodgrass. Becchio I didn't rate much anyway. second string to Mac and Beckford in my opinion. yes even though he did score 20 goals last season, i'm entitled to my opinion. for the record, I hate everyone who takes off the Leeds shirt for another one.

Agree0 Disagree0

I think the annoyance isn't the fact they take one or two players its the fact they have taken several and are still scouting players such as byram and mowatt.

Agree0 Disagree0

There also seems to be a tide of opinion running against snodgrass on their site. Appears he isn't doing the job. Playing better for country than club. Hints of an attitude problem. All of which, you've got to love.

Agree0 Disagree0

I really don't mind Norwich. The season they got promoted we lost Beckford however they kept Holt.

I believe that was the difference in us.
We would've poached a few of their players if it was the other way round.

Agree0 Disagree0

I've never read such childish petulance as this anti-Norwich rubbish. If anything, bearing in mind how close our two clubs were in both League 1 and the Championship it's hardly surprising that they were familiar with the qualities of our better players. And the next time anybody feels like posting the usual 'loyalty' claptrap, do try and imagine yourself being offered a contract twice (at least) as good as the one you're on. As far as 'loyalty' is concerned, Johnson, Howson, Snoddy and Becchio cannot be faulted. While at the club they gave it their all. That's why they were poached. Cheer up; we'll be back in the Prem at some point and no one will give another thought to the old-boys. PK

Agree0 Disagree0

They couldn't aforde Byram or Alex, not under our new owners. Cardiff asked to buy Byram in the summer and they were told 8.5 million and not a penny less. And they walked away as most clubs would. Bates would have said 3 million and u can take Ross as well as long as u put T Smith to us as in exchange.no more kids or top players at the club will go on the cheap it won't happen!

3 points and a clean sheet against a Yeovil side that were set up not to concede (a bank of 4 and 5) should be celebrated. Analysing the performance it was clear that we were very defensive in the first half with the two wings operating as additional defenders with Mowatt and Murphy reluctant to break forward. In the second half we showed more adventure with an early goal forcing Yeovil to chase the game exposing them to the counter attack. Slightly concerned about the options available on the bench specifically when Warnock went off injured. I am not the biggest fan of White but he would represent the best option for covering for Warnock (and possibly Byram) in the wing back position. Blackstock should start the next game as Smith was ineffective due to limited crosses being produced.

I really can't believe that we've signed blackstock ahead of Matty fryatt, fryatt is guaranteed to get you goals in this division whereas blackstock's record is so poor, he brings absolutely nothing to this team he has no pace no touch what a waste of a signing .The only good thing I can get out of this is that we can give him back after 3 months, please please please don't give this donkey a permanent contract

Believable0 Unbelievable0

1 game, 1 touch, 1 goal.

Agree0 Disagree0

People were saying they don't want fryatt when we was linked with him wish fans would make there mind up would you of mentioned him at all had he not of scored a couple yesterday?

Agree0 Disagree0

Fryatt would have added goals and a new dimension to this team whereas blackstock is no better than we already have!

Agree0 Disagree0

03 Nov 2013 13:46:31
I would leave the team selection to Brian if I were you.

Agree0 Disagree0

Before his move to wednesday fryatt hadnt scored in 16 month yeah really looks he would of added plenty of goals instead of moaning how about getting to elland road and supporting the team

How can the wendys stuff reading? Just goes to show that anything can happen in this division! It's all about Confidence and that comes from the fans. Get behind the team and "squeaky bum time" MOT
