Very impressed with Pearson, hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Since he's been onboard the club seems to have gone from strength to strength. Hope we can now to the business on the pitch.

I'm counting down the hours to kick off on Saturday.

Pearson is Cellino's halaperidol and there's no sign of resistance yet. Just one more good signing and we are top 6 material.

I don't want to sound all 'Survivor' here, but I did say that Pearson was our best signing this closed season. We are much more stable and dare I say, look like a professional club once again, although we're always only one press conference from disaster.

I agree with Georgie Boy, Pearson is Cellino's jalapeño!

MM I completely agree, but that was way to Survivor-ish! Are you Survivor's Mum disguised in a shell suite?

Haha as if Danny. No-one has heard hide nor hair of the bloke since he made his whacky predictions about being in the know and big mates with Mr Cellino. He was soon rumbled but I think he might be re-invented as 'Untouchables'.

ask any millwall fan they all hate him, I personally like him as he always makes me smile kind of like the odd uncle no one wants

BM, you mean like Peter Kay's 'uncle nob-head'?

We've all got one of those!

still trying to get season ticket but another pathic leeds good idea says last week to buy one . but hang on admin der you've sold tickets for burnley which means on seats for game so one can't buy a season ticket . does anyone know what there are doing . and I can't get one in east stand as family only and wow are they cheap no wonder not for non family on offer for under £400 west stand under £600 yes £200 difference .I should take a neighbours child for season still be £180 cheaper and two tickets .good idea for next year . so leeds you are ripping some off and then giving others cheap tickets .

can see where you are coming from but think this is quite standard. I go millwall, palace and Orient a lot and they all have same policy. think the idea is to make it affordable for families knowing die hard fans will pay extra to sit where they feel the action is. it worked out £20 cheaper at orient to get me and my wife in the family stand (she posed as a an under 16 and was well chuffed she got away with it) than just for me to sit by the 'proper fans' or where I like to sit by half way line. I guess they have to make money. nice to be good to fans but they have to make money I guess

As the new season is almost upon us will we be the only club team in a plain strip?
Ed - o fountain of knowledge .
If we are talking about one or maybe two players still to come is there a sponsor in the pipeline.

surely sponser would be in place as kit is on sale ain't it? surely they would want the fans to have their logo on the kits? be nice to have plain kit but seems like we are missing out on money. where is strong bow when you need it. I will let MM answer that

From what I read into it, I don't think we can have a sponsor until next season unless there is a deal made with enterprise. So I think its either Enterprise or no one at the moment. They sh4t in their own nest by trying to sue us so they are gone.

I'm not complaining ,it's lovely to see a kit without a logo etc on it ,but think we must be the only team without one .
Even part-time teams have them ,was not sure why we had not done so as it's worth money to us .

true even my (league and cup winning) five a side team are sponsered by living well gyms which if you see the state of me will make you laugh

Why don't we do a Barcelona and get a charity logo put on. The club do a lot for Help for Heroes - how about them?

Half marathon on Sunday morn and would you believe it, the Leeds game is live on Tele here at 7.30. Which means I can be tucked up in bed by 10! With a smile on my face.
Can't believe the fixture setters took my half marathon into consideration. Cheers boys!

Good luck with your half marathon Aus. Hope you're well prepared? I'll be attempting my fifth marathon in October, although my prep is being severely hampered by Wetherspoon's early opening hours, damn them!

Anyway good luck, down the pints when you're finished and up the Whites!

New job has hampered training and only been doing 2 x 5km jogs a week. But I'm just going to go thru pain barrier and go for under 2 hours. I'm over 52 so will be happy with under 2! If I can get training sorted I plan to attempt first full marathon next year. But that is real tough! Good on you mm!

well done for attempting that at 52 and in that heat (i hear oz can get pretty hot at times). MM will tear up the marathon only thing is running it drunk adds an extra 15 miles as he runs in zig zags
