Only one way to sort out your problems, go to the manager and confide in him with the truth and i'm sure MC would help him out.
From what I've heard Ross is in deep poo poo and his ONLY way out is to earn more money, then again if he does NOT adress his problem more money isn't the answer.

I'm starting to get a little concerned about the lack of activity. Stuart Taylor and andre blackman on loan isn't really progress. So many good players have been released in prem league, certainly worth a look, however I really think we should be looking at promoting youth also.

To be fair they've taken Skelton, Dawson, Poleon, Mowatt, Cook and Walters to Italy. I'd say they're having a good crack at promoting youth.

Lacking last season was Pace and creativity, I also feel we need to get some fresh faces in soon, so they can link up with the squad in Italy and not Like the last few seasons a week or two before KO.

Then what's the point of having them, if they ain't good enough, sack the lot. That should save a few quid.
Or we could give them a try and see if they step up to the mark and then get rid of them.
Either way, we would still need to replace them as we require a squad to challenge for this league and the cups.
