Grayson is telling lies about Nile ranger. If he wasn't supposed to be a target then why was he seen on wetherby road in his vehicle late on transfer deadline night. No other reason to be in Leeds at that time
Why would he lie about this? Some people wouldn't believe anything coming out of Leeds. Why would we be trying to sign a striker when we have Forsell unable to sign until paynter leaves, and Becchio back this saturday. Posting this on many pages doesn't make it any truer!
Maybe because who ever spotted him on wetherby road was lieing! Id rather take gratsons word for it than some tool!
Cos he has mates in Leeds - he was big buddies with Sanchez Watt and is now mates with Lloyd Sam too, if he was spotted, every possibility he was seeing mates

Becchio scored today and lasted 60 mins... Enough said!
Wooohoooo Bechio scored a penalty for the Reserves - our season is saved ....... Bechio will come into the team and score 25 goals and transform the team from premiership no hopers to Champions with his great technique;blistering pace; ability to hold the ball up without falling over when he attempts to get infront of a defender - I don't think so - get real ........we need a quality defensive midfielder - scoring goals is not a problem preventing them with our lightweight midfield IS !
History tells us all the best Leeds sides were built around a midfield leader who controlled the game - that someone special remember the influence these had - Collins; Bremner; Strachan; Batty: Where is our new leader !!

Agree we need another midfielder as much as Bradley Johnson had his faults he was strong and could boss the midfield on his day leaving howson to play think claytons a really good player though!

We finished 7th! We may not be that much weaker, but we aint that much stronger. Other teams have strengthened and we haven't. I don't think for a minute we will be in a relegation scrap, but mid-table is the best we can hope for.
Agree not weaker but not stronger either, however this will change by next week when the loanees arrive. Staying positive unlike some, getting tired of the 'boo boys' amoungst us now. MOT

not a rumour but if you look on the bbc football and go to leeds then squad it says rui marques is our number 5. its not an old squad as odea and others are added. ed who does rui play for now?
also read today that bruce was injured but is back in the team for todays friendly with hull.

Grayson is saying now that rumours of trying to sign Nile Ranger are untrue. Quote from OS "We brought in Andy Keogh a few weeks before so we were not looking at other strikers." What the f*** is going on at elland raod please somebody tell me!! we have sold our best player in gradel!!we have not done any business in the transfer market worth singing about! and there have been plenty of players available just look at leicester city!! getting the likes of beckford!! we should have been straight in for jermaine what with him dropping a division etc! its obvious the likes of leicester have genuine belief and desire that they want to be in the top flight! Grayson keeps ranting that he does not discuss any business at the club until it is done, well i feel its more like he does not get any money from his chairman to do the fuk..business more like!! it is about time we realised that unless we spend and get quality players in we are no more than a championship/league 1 team! and as fans we are paying way over the odds for entry to elland road, and also extortionate prices inside and around the ground inc programmes £4 each! what!! and merchandise!! where is our hard earned money going eh! not on new players thats for sure! i am leeds through and through but if we want to suceed we have to move with the times!! so come on leeds get a grip!!

Rumours has it that Simon will be recruiting a LB
and a wideman this week.Hopefully the LB will be
a experienced LB and is comfortable in that
position.Simon brought in O'Dea as a LB but from
what I see he is more of a CB.CM is another
position that needs addressing.Light in this dept
since Johnson left. Simon should look into it as
well as CB. On the plus side Clayton and Nunez
has been a revelation.Wonder who Simon will put
out in his team facing Man Utd in the Carling cup

Think you'll find O'Dea is primerely a centre back who can play left back... we wont miss braders one bit (lazy tw*t who couldnt pass.. not exactly setting Norwich alight is he...) we deff need a holding midfielder with mobility and bite tho
