Another winding up order!!

When businesses are sold on, doesn't the buyer employ a team of "suits" to check the schedules of assets and liabilities?

these legal fees would have been missed by GHF and therefore they should be liable for these costs and not MC.

GHF obviously were not as diligent (check spelling) as they should have been.

To be honest all these winding up orders are getting boring!

It does show however that under Master Basters and those no cash arabs that the running of Leeds was just a joke, a way of doing doggy deals in my opinion and all these historic wrong doing proves this.

So if the FL think that it is better to go back to that compared to MC then there really is no justice. MC not a saint for sure but at least he seems to pay bills and have best interests of Leeds at heart, you cannot say that about the previous 2 owners, so for that even if nothing else I am thankful.

A deal will be done anyway so it is not a worry my friends, just news.

Oh will miss my first home game for 2 years tomoz (sons birthday party and cudn't afford all those tickets for his little friends) and I know it will be a great game, 3-1 to us and then onwards and upwards after the int break!

good luck boys

Just hope debt gets paid quick because the banks will have already frozen the club's accounts. Wonder when pay day is?

Great news this winding up petition. Cellino and his solicitor will run riot here. Apparently alleged debt dates back to Bates ownership and who was CEO under Bates? Yep that's right good old Shaun Harvey. Someone on here mentioned Harvey presided over 2 administrations at Bradford, 1 at Leeds and now this. Fit and proper??

I don't live in Leeds, but always wear my shirts with pride, and keep my badge in the rear windscreen, when we first got relegated from the prem all my mates and work mates used to take the P**s, Think they've got bored with it now, Stay proud and wear your colours, I've been going to games regular for 35 years and still feel a great buzz on matchday especially away.

Same here live in millwall land and always in a shirt and often just called dirty leeds, have been spat at and started on which I don't mind but could do with us beating millwall at the den for a change

Sorry Andy was your last comment aimed at me? I find that a little insluting to be honest, also did it take you that long to realise Bermondsey white the cockney was born in south london? first smith won the league now this, your history seems as strong as your geography BW 2- andy 0. OAP Judge can we get an offical comment on the score please, is the goal given?

Also Andy you went quiet on the other post thread wondered what your thoughts were

I must say I live in Kent, which is even further South Andy and my father died of dysentery while fighting in Kenya in WW2, which is very far south. I find this comment very nasty and think it should be taken off. Does this site really have a place for a person like this editors? Constant jibes and attacks, trying to trick people and keep score. Always nasty comments and for me this one is too far. Maybe I am too easily offended but I have taken personal offence to this comment and to Andy MOT, not the first time to might I add

Agree0 Disagree0

'ello Andy thought you had gone after you went quiet on last smith winning league thread. It took you a while to realise Bermondsey was south of the river. Seems your geography is as strong as leeds 1992 squad history :P

Agree0 Disagree0

Sorry the post I replyed to has gone? just to make clear I was not replying to andy 64 but different andy. with comment moved my post look a bit crazy :S

Agree0 Disagree0

Also OPA judge try not to get offended. the comment was aimed at me I am sure no one would make a rude comment about your father who clearly was a war hero and you should be very proud not matter how south we lived. Got my poppy and took my little girl to tower of london to see everything she is only 1 but I am sure when she grows up she will be as greatful and proud of people like your father as I am and I am sure I am speaking for most people when I say this. MOT like they all did

Thank you Mr B. just home from long date in honour of the Vets and your message has put a big smile on my face, although being rather jolly at the wrong end of a few too many might also help. Good to see there is a lot of respect with you young 'uns. Great and much needed three points also. Today has been a good day

Great article around about Sam Byram and his relationship with Redders. I expect him to be our regular right back from now on and look forward to him coming back to his best form. And I think his best form is good news for us!

Would be great to see Byram playing with confidence and bombing on down the wing again.
