Interesting speculation on players but surely depends on results over the next 6 games. Up to and including Forest on New years day, 18 points at play and the chanche to get back into play off zone or be well of the pace. Then we can see what it is worth doing in Jan. Also ample opportunities for all the players to get their confidence high. If we are in contention then worth paying a bit over the odds for key players but if we have drifted off the pace then probably worth waiting. First stop QPR and revenge for last season. 3-1 Leeds.

Seems we are being linked with centre back and midfielder at the moment. Neither are really paramount. Goalkeeper and striker are first two in i would say. i'm hoping tc isn't settling for either wield or long because they will def cost us at least 10 points before season end. Some of our strikers may repeat may, come good but goalkeepers will def not. Disaster waiting to happen. Get a good goalie then i think defence is sorted, midfield with vierra and shaun will suffice and attacking flair is sorted. Just need a regular scorer. Lass was ok when we were winning but as soon as we struggled he was found wanting i teckon.

Agree Aus although I would add a decent winger to that i just think we need a little more creativity then a decent striker would come into his own. Charlie Austin would be nice! Could we swap Grit for Brolin? 😂

We need more cover at the back and the front, and more quality back up in midfield. if we pick up a few injuries to key players, we don't have the strength in depth to maintain a strongish team.

A bit harsh on grot. I believe we bought him for the future and with the injury to ekuban then he was thrown into the 1st team a tad earlier than tc wanted. He got the strength and power, just needs to develop his skill and shooting accuracy.

I agree Lucas, however I don't believe he is ready for the first team . Lassie is great in front of goal but does not track back and is soft on the ball, I like Euk fast works hard, but does not seem able to do it for the whole game as yet . Think we should go for some one proven maybe a cheeky bid on Wayhorn .

I don't think Lasogga works hard enough overall, he is a great finisher but doesn’t help out enough and goes missing too much in games. Ekuban works much harder for the team and that’s why he is number 1 pick for me
