Where is clayton??

Believable2 Unbelievable7

Injured, hamstring or something, problem stemming from Ipswich match no return date known at min

Agree0 Disagree0

Says on the Official Site he was injured for the game today

Agree0 Disagree0

He's got a calf strain & didn't want to risk making it worse and being out for longer. He reckons he'll be back next week for the Bristol game.

Agree0 Disagree0

If they play like thye did today they ill be lucky to stop up. We were very lucky against a very poor side. Next time we wont be so lucky! Grayson got too much going on in his private life he should resign. Grayson out.

Sad to say but Relegation looks a strong possiblity this season if SG doesnt strengthen the defence, currently 2-1 against palace and somehow managed to lose a 1 goal lead at home almost straight after taking the lead :(

Believable13 Unbelievable22

Couldn't agree more pal, dunt know who our defensive coach is but think he needs to be shown the door out asap. same old same old score 1 concede 2, just not good enuf.its a relegation battle fo sure...

Agree0 Disagree0

Leeds getting murdered by palace, match stats 35% posession leeds palace 65%

Agree0 Disagree0

Cant actually remmeber when leeds had a game without conceeding.

Agree0 Disagree0

Keep The Faith Pugh Will B A Good Signing And A Decent Centre Half Kissa Still Looks Rusty ! May The Forrs Be With You

Agree0 Disagree0

Ive been saying it for months just look at his defensive signings.Bates needs to egt rid of him today if he doesnt we will go down.

Agree0 Disagree0

Are u enjoying chowing down on your words yet?

Agree0 Disagree0

I Agree Defensive Signings Have Been Poor But Becchio An McCormack Look Like They Could Form A Lethal Partnership Were Is Clayton Brown Is Definately Not Up Ta Scrath Today He Has Let Zaha Pick The Ball Up In Between Midfield And Defenders His Job Is To Stop That Hope We Put In An Audacious Bid For Onouha And Also Go For Bridge And Pugh And Then We Would Quickly Rise Up The Table

Agree0 Disagree0

What a load of $hite, relegation? A match is 90 mins, follow up the strong
second half performance against Bristol City next week and you'll be saying Play-offs, I agree about the defence, but have some faith in your team! MOT - welcome
back Bec!

Agree0 Disagree0

Won 3-2 have u lot anything to say now get behind the team or f**k off with yourselves

Agree0 Disagree0

Cliche time .. it's a marathon, not a sprint :) at the moment, we're a point behind the "mighty" fester city, 4 points adrift of 6th after 6 (SIX) games .. what is the problem with all you doom-mongerers?

MOT

Agree0 Disagree0

So where are you now, you harbingers of doom??

Agree0 Disagree0

Well said mate the text above . wait till 90 mins is up until u start slating the team and manager and bates. in fact just fu@k off any way.... well done boys

Agree0 Disagree0

Am i wrong or didn't we WIN, great to see people seem to know the result before half time.

Agree0 Disagree0

By all accounts it wasn't the defence more the poor protection from midfield-missing clayton, howson strangely quiet, nunez no defence to his game(not necessarily a criticsm). Season is over 9 months not 45 mins. Lovely to have becchio back.
We not had a settled defence through injury, it changes ever game but the youngsters seem promising.
Stick together guys and support the team, manager etc. Get the confidence flowing throughout the club and let's see what happens

Agree0 Disagree0

How much did leicester spend again and were 1 point behind them. chill out well be there abouts at end of season

Agree0 Disagree0

Were you at the game mate? Oh no wait too busy spreadin sh*te on here pipe down

Agree0 Disagree0

Fair play the leicester comment guy, thought the same myself. keep the faith MOT

Agree0 Disagree0

We deserved our win today even though our defence was shocking in the first half but charlie taylor looked good..

Agree0 Disagree0

Palce aside, Southampton has been our only reall poor performance this season. We were excellent at Ipswich and got nothing. We were poor yesterday (though character and work-rate got us through) but picked up the points. That's football! All at ER were disappointed with the summer transfer activity, for whatever reason it didn't happen for us. However we now have funds to stop gap weak areas until Christmas (loan fees will be required to attract the best loanees)and I'm sure the January transfer window can't come soon enough for SG & KB as they have approximately £3m to utilise which should see us push on for a change in the 2nd half of the season. There will be teams that have spent big that really do not understand the difficulties of the Championship (look at Ipswich & Leicester already). This is one of the only leagues in the world where spending big is definitely not guaranteed to get you success. We will finish 6th this season.

Agree0 Disagree0

I see more people slagging the team off who can't be bothered going to the matches. I'm pretty sure that by the end of October we will be in the top 6- Kisnorbo is looking way off the pace and I personally would play Bronby in his place; White is back next week and if Clayton is fit then the question will then be who partners McCormack- Forsell, Keough or Becchio?

Agree0 Disagree0

I went to the game and we deserved no more than a draw, and at home that isn'y good enough. I pay good money to see Leeds so if I want to moan I f@cking well will.

Agree0 Disagree0

We need to stick together yea poor first half but came back to beat an inform team also need to get off the kids backs lees particular he is learning his trade need to encourage . Larry aware of what we need but not panic buying lets bring the right defenders in with our attack we should be pushing again, and we aint let 8 in yet MOT ss

Agree0 Disagree0

Sign of a decent team to play crap and beat an in-form side

Agree0 Disagree0

Some people talk absolute bullsh*t! you really beliee that 6 games in with quite a few injuries that were going to be a relegation contender? look where we were last year, then one good run of form took us to second. grown some boll*cks and have a a bit of belief in our team.

Agree0 Disagree0

Oh no were going to go down...theres only 40 games left! its basically all over!

Worse start in 14 years and we have had some bad years in that time!

Believable14 Unbelievable12

I agree our club needs a good shake up from top to bottom

Agree0 Disagree0

Didnt we finish 5th or 6th that season and get into europe in premiership?? 14 years that wud be george graham as manager 1997/98? ed?

Agree0 Disagree0

Just picked up over £100 on a certain bet that Leeds would win 3-2 long may this 'shi-te' run continue.....

Agree0 Disagree0

In our first 5 games we had 3 sent off scored 2 own goals and missed a penalty lets not judge the lads yet

Agree0 Disagree0

Come on mate, we played sh#te but STILL got a WIN.
get behind our team.

danny pugh is the "mr versatile" that leeds have been lacking since we let andy hughes go

Believable13 Unbelievable6

Leeds havent been missing anything as a result of letting hughes go.

Agree0 Disagree0

Hughes was crap and still is.. no loss there.

Agree0 Disagree0

Hughes was exactly the type of player we needed to get rid of, and on the same hand Pugh is exactly the type of player we don't need. We need at least 2 good centre backs, a left back and a solid central midfielder. I'm embarrassed Mivhael Brown is a Leeds player, all he cann do is run and he's not vey good at that.

Agree0 Disagree0

U two need to back the team or shut up we won 3-2 2day, andy hughes was instrumental in getting us back up

Agree0 Disagree0

Andy Hughes was one of the worst footballers .. Commitment 100% yes but football wise hopeless.

Agree0 Disagree0

Andy Hughes was not great BUT he filled in in about 5 or 6 positions, so mr versatile was never going to be brilliant, however I don't think he can be knocked- he never really let us down and gave 100%.
Think our old players should be respected even if they not amongst our favourites- apart from brolin and kewell(other reason)

Heard a strong rumour that Leeds will try and hijack West Ham's bid to get Wayne Bridge on loan. It will probably come down to money and who can offer the best terms/pay. Which probably means he'll have signed for West Ham by the end of the weekend!

Believable10 Unbelievable8

Why would west ham be in for him? they signed McCartney on a season long loan and have Ilunga too who is quite highly rated, although I would hope we would be banging down citeh's door to get him regrettably I reckon he'll end up at forest

Agree0 Disagree0

McCartney is already at West Ham - stupid uninformed guess work.

Agree0 Disagree0

Personally I thought Charlie Taylor was excellent today at left back.
