Shaddit understand the frustration but a holding midfielder was crucial especially with Murphy injury. I'm sure the pacey wingers comes next. I think just one will do as I expect Ajose to be tried.

Shaddit how can you talk about buying for the sake then mention Eagles and Wright-Phllips? Eagles really isn't up to standard and Wright-Phllips is about 5 years passed it + really lightweight for the Championship. As for centre mid I think we do need to bring someone in but i'm not convinced Adeyemi is the answer. I love all the young hungry players we are linked with/are signing but we need someone with little grit and steel to shore us up. Barton or (to a lesser extent) Sidwell would have been great, its the one outfield position that we still need a calm, experienced head to compliment our younger talents such as Cook and Mowatt. It gives them the freedom to roam and build attacking plays.

Gummie, I think Adeyemi may turn out to be a good find.

Before the comments I realise I mentioned calm and Barton in the same sentence.

Optomistic - not a big name like the calm Mr Barton, Eagles or Wright-Phillips but does have experience and at least to Rosler not an unknown quantity.

Tbf may of shot my self in foot seen as cardiff fans are fumming they seem to think he's a talent but I Couldn't disagree more that eagles especially is past iy wrightphillips still gos like brown stuff of a stick he might be in his 30s but when you consider morrison is on 10k plus a week we could have shaun no brainer for me and maguire pulled us apart last season sheer class yeh george think every fan on here felt winger would be next do agree we need a holding midfielder witch I didn't realize this guy was sounds like a young Austin witch is great just hope they Don't have recall option what's score on a loan to buy can they recall? Adeyemi does look a decent player and its encouraging that Cardiff fans are upset abut losing him (I doubt they can recall him Shaddit, if we are contributing towards his wage or paying a fee, which I assume we are, then they can't unless we agree to terminate) but I still feel we need someone with a bit more experience, look at the difference Bamba made.
Maguire would be good but my understanding is that we looked at him but he is set to sign elsewhere. Stick by what I said about Eagles (If your teams are getting relegated consistently then your probably at least partly to blame) and Wright-Philips (1 goal in the last 4 seasons) though.

Agree bamba made the difference last season I do think we need that war horse in midfield but who would you leave out cook mowat or murphy I think this is why we didn't get barton or sidwell witch either would of made us better but who looses there place?

I think the only reason we didn't get Barton was because he wasnt willing to drop his wage to the 19-20k a week we offered.
As for who you drop obviously Murphy for now, what with the injury, but when he is back I would rotate Murphy and Cook. Cook needs starts to develop but is young enough to need resting still, don't want him to end up pushing too much too young and becoming injury prone, its a long season. Mowatt stays because he scores and Philips for cup games.
The thing is I would drop one of the three for Barton but do you do it for Adeyemi?

No not for adeyemi and on the note of phillips he's going to be down order would like to see him and phillips loaned out too the same league two team worked wonders for Taylor especially dawson though he's guna end up released like tompson otherwise.Barton defo a wages issue shame about murphy would of expected him to have a good start hope he don't go in reset mode when he get fit again.
