Conway has joined Brighton on loan, he'd have been a decent signing for us, shame!

Believable14 Unbelievable29

Not doing too badly without these 'sporadic' signings are we?

Agree3 Disagree0

Not setting the league alight though are we, its very huff and we've scrapped every result so far. been years since we played anyone of the park

Agree2 Disagree2

If you watch other games it is rare anyone plays anyone off the park in the championship, we have experience and 100% effort

Agree3 Disagree1

Don't understand where this experience is coming from? Freedman mentioned it too. Wootton, Pearce, Lees & Murphy are all still young and Austin has little experience of the championship. Only ones in our starting lineup I'd class as experienced are Warnock, Kenny & Hunt

Agree2 Disagree0

I class experienced as 26+ Were a young side

Agree1 Disagree0

We got played off the park plenty of times last season. In league one we outplayed nearly everyone. Wont outplay anyone with the players that we have.

Agree0 Disagree1

Mccormack, varney aren't they experienced also diouf has played plenty of times in big games

Major investment coming, apparently very shortly. Red Bull was 'Red Herring'. Apparently not Middle East based, but closer to home. GFH will keep major share. Also this will enable us to make a couple of loan-to-buy moves (eg: Burke?) and buy back stadium. which will be renamed. My personal opinion is that it is Walmart/ASDA.

A sizeable investment is needed to push us on but GFH are doing a good job and I feel they won't rush or make rash decisions about who comes in.
I will believe when I see it on official site, not disagreeing just think it won't happen

Agree7 Disagree0

Having worked for Asda and Walmart over the past 15 years I know they wouldn't sponsor a football team. By sponsoring one football team, you risk the chance that supporters of rival teams would boycott the stores and they can't afford to run that risk.
Would be great as Rob Walton (chairman of Walmart) is one of the richest blokes on the planet!
Hope the investment comes from somewhere though!
Harroate White!

Agree3 Disagree1

Why don't you accept the fact that if there was a major deal to be done it would have been done?

Red bull obviously don't want any part of us and we don't want to give them any pulicity at our expense.

Lets just sit and wait and watch, eh?

Agree1 Disagree1

If there is to be a local big investment I believe it is most likely to be Steve Parkin (Clipper) or Hesco Bastion. Both massive supporters of our Club, and seriously successful Leeds based companies.

Agree1 Disagree0

Wally World Stadium. Now that's a name that would really draw in the fans. 'I hope not' Yeah were cheap in the transfer market so tapping my backside pocket and singing that's Adsa price again really sums up the club. Please let it not be them

Comment 2 . hasn't done Waitrose any harm, and imo still far better quality than your employer. Still, I totally agree with Comment 5.

Comment 6 about Comment 2, how do you know?
The demographic of Waitrose customers and Asda are completely different!
Not sure how many times you have seen the Blue Rinse Brigade travelling the country to go to football games!
Think about what you are saying
MOT Comment 7

Agree0 Disagree0

It didn't worry StrongBow or Carlsberg and I suspect the average football fan is there target market much more than Asda's

Agree0 Disagree0

Comment 8, what are you talking about?

Agree0 Disagree0

Carlsberg sponsored Liverpool did they worry about fans of other teams boycotting them?

Agree0 Disagree0

One day hopefully soon, we will finally get some investment, we appear now to be a club moving in the right direction, surely someone with ambition and $ will soon be on board, and helping us towards where we need to be back in the premier league.
