Man U tickets not selling to well,Is it the price or the fact its on SKY,or do Man Utd not come across as fierce rivals anymore.

They only just gone on general sale today what you expect

Because the time has come where we all hate BATES more than MAN U!

Maximum we will get sold is around 25,000,why fill Bates pockets anymore,its on Sky.
We have only spent 200k on a keeper rest freebies or loans
No investment from 'The White Beard'
To fellow Morons stay at home or watch it in the pub,i will be watching it in a bar in Naama Bay

Attendances been poor so far, I know quite a few who are boycotting ER until Bates has gone one way or the other.

I am the fool who thought that they would sell out instatly, so bought mebership £40 bristol ticket £28 then a man u ticket sat on my tod as it was 1 ticket per persone for £32,, now the ldas are all of togher for a sweet £36 in the west stand,,

This game will sell out. Plenty of lads who aren't regular will be up for this especially as the unsold tickets are in the SW corner next to scum.

I would give anything to be at ER for the Man U game- at the end of the day it is our club- our team - they will need our support- for those that can -go to the game and ensure that all those watching on TV can see why Leeds are a premiership club waiting to happen!

Can I just say in the interests of balance. Bates has supported Leeds United more than any of you whingers.

Could it be the fact that they are T£££££ much! I am a sesaon ticket holder and refuse to pay any more money to Mr Bates to pay for new lighting or something else in the boxes.
I am willing, and have paid £££ on season tickets for the last 15 years but think that he is taking the p@@s

£38 for the upper tier = JOKE
£36 for L32 area = JOKE
Carling Cup Prem prices = JOKE

Season ticket holder for 32 years and won't be giving bates any more of my money any one who says Bates saved Leeds and were lucky to be here get a grip some one would always buy Leeds what's going to happen when he snuffs it he is 80 years old for God sake

Taking me and my two young sons in family stand - £49. Much as I dislike Bates, and I agree the pricing in other areas of the gound is a joke, I cant miss up the chance of seeing Leeds take on Man U. My two young uns have never seen Leeds in premiership action, so getting the chance to take them to see them on the old enemy is too good a chance to pass up.

To all the Bates lovers and so called die hards. If the tickets had been reasonably priced then the general public would have had no chance. Season Ticket holders and members would have snapped them all up. Bates knew he would sell out even if the tickets were 50 quid. Me I chose not to go, not out of protest, but down to the price. I pay over 500 quid for a season ticket and to price them as they have done is a slap in the face to all the loyal fans. The club could have given a little back by dropping the price to 20 quid for adults and a tenner for kids. Doing this would have all the fans singing in harmony rather than, (As this thread proves) Leeds Fans turning on each other.

If we go out in this round, which let's admit it we probably will, then that's it for the carling cup. No more revenue, to come from future legs, no more money coming into the club from this competition.

If we want to be able to afford better wages, and better players, we need money coming into the club, so to my mind, selling the tickets at these prices, though a bit steep, makes business sense, particularly when it's a midweek game on Sky, so it's more difficult to sell it out.

I dont always agree with Bates' approach, but he's a business man with a vested interest in seeing this club succeed. After all... it's his money in there. Why would he want to run the club into the ground?! If more clubs took his stance, then players would be forced to drop their exorbitant wages in order to play, there would be less clubs getting into financial difficulties, and football would become more about the pitch and less about which far Eastern investor is stalking which club this week.

Ive waited 8 years for this, price didnt bother me one bit!

To the above poster, are you in the real world ? you think he needs to rip people off for the sake of the club so that he can afford higher wages ? dont talk rubbish man bates wont pay good wages, that why we dont sign anyone, thats why we get crap freebies and loans. we have the 5th highest s.t prices in englang=d. the man is take take take, and for you to come on here and spiout that nonsense means you dont know what you are talikng about

Leeds News - Mccormack is set to sign a new 2 year deal, Whites eying up a move for ex wolves keeper marcus hanneman.

Nunez has rejected a four year deal and there is rumours he is holding out for a move to sunderland next season with reports that they are scouting him!

Sorry jus found it prob not true but theres also a rumour about james beatie going to bournemouth so the rumours are as realistic as they are on here

Nunez is not the finished article. He's scored several good goals, but he is no Max Gradel! He would have no chance in the Sunderland side. I for one wouldn't be unhappy if he went AS LONG as we got a suitable replacement.

Leeds offering contracts to people...now you know that's untrue. Also Nunez is not Prem League quality...yet!

Nunez is no Max Gradel because Nunez is not a natural wide man. He is better as a Striker or playing just behind the striker as an attacking central midfielder. Give him a chance. He had a poorish game against palace and everyone on his back already.

I would opt for Sam at left wing and try nunez in the middle.

Remember though that not only was Nunez poor against Palace but his attitude stank - made even worse by his antics when subbed (after being crap the whole match)

Leeds are no longer offering 4 year deals so that is wrong for a start. We offer 1 to 2 year deals. 3 at a max I the player is worth it like becchio ect
