Well £4.5M shows intent, I’m not overly excited but I only know what I’ve been told by Boro supporters, so as someone posted below, he needs to be given a chance so here’s hoping he is just what we need, another teams cast offs can end up being a gem elsewhere! So if this signing is anything to go by then we might be in for a really big surprise striker! Very positive move though. MOT

Agree Woody. Price is quite high but he is experienced and appears to be able to create. May be just what we need.

Personally think he is a good signing. Not a cast off in my opinion just a player who in a Pulis side won’t see the ball as his sides bypass midfield. So basically we have a player who doesn’t fit in to long ball style of play which for me shows the way TC wants to play.

I like the look of this young bag o tricks, Kean. I see we have asked Juve for a loan. I would go further and agree a price to take him at the end of the season. He looks to have skill, pace and strength in abundance. If not then buy him now and, if we must, let him see out his loan at Verona.

hes an interesting one leodis. Ekuban looked prolific on youtube too in the albanian league, suppose he's in the top division of italy now though this kean. could be a surprise if we get it over the line, i think we'll see someone new, and if this lad wasnt already loaned out i could see it being him, but that makes it a bit more tricky i suppose. Hope he does come, what can be worse than grot? just hope he's not another of 7 strikers for the development squad, unless this means sarkic and clarke are being promoted.
