Was just thinking to my self as you do, and anybody considered the idea that maybe GFH have no intentions of letting RM go for the ridiculous bids being put in by midds?

being the shrewd business men they are won't they like these sorts of bids coming in so they can keep turning them down and look good in front of the fans? they may be giving off the impression that the bids coming in are getting close to a sum they may budge on all the while behind closed doors are laughing to themselves at the fact they're even still trying

and can I just say. loving being a Leeds Fan again for the first time in ages!!

Even players club wants to keep has a price! If a bid over 2 mill gets on the table, it's probably wise to let Ross go!

McCormack isn't special but he is our best player. 1.5 minimum bid. i'd take 2 mil for him. Vaz Te, Le Fondre, Hosiner (Austria) could all be lured for that price

Says £1m in the Mail but surely if we couldn't cough up £750k for Mills then we won't have paid more for a youngster.

Leeds United have rejected a third approach from Middlesborough for Scottish striker Ross McCormack. The bid was believed to be in the region of £1.6m plus add ons however Leeds manager Brian McDermott sees the 27 year old as a key player to his plans and is not interested in entertaining bids.
Meanwhile, the West Yorkshire club are expected to complete the signing of Manchester United defender Scott Wootton after the player passed a medical on Tuesday afternoon.

I posted this - and can can say even FURTHER that Brian McDermott had a chat with Salah Norruddin earlier today to get each others thoughts (as with any bid that comes in). I believe the conversation was roughly 40 seconds long. simple. Fact is that Leeds don't want to sell and it is very unlikley that Boro will come anywhere close to Leeds' valuation of the player.
