Talks to sign striker MBaye Diagne have broken down over wages. What a surprise. Mr Radz please listen to your teams fans. You can't get quality on the cheap. You either want promotion or not but be warned these hard working people who pay good money to support you are not persons and at some point they will vent their anger through their pockets. please please give us something to keep are dreams alive and sign 1 or 2 top players on perminant deals not loans.

Spot on Martyn, we must have an idea of the wages players want before we get in to negotiations. If we have no intention of meeting their wage requirements what is the point of starting the talks in the first place. Is it just to make it look to us fans that they are trying to do some business?

We're looking for players who "want" to join LUFC and will play for a reduced wage because of their adoration for the club.

Might be an idea to stop throwing figures of our transfer kitty out there. They know we got wonga so their wage demands go up.
