To back up my earlier point about McCormack. Both McCormack and Somma are like most goalscorers 'confidence players' and require constant first team football and there wouldn't be enough room for them both and although McCormack is proven at this level he has had a bad last season so is low on confidence whereas somma is full of confidence and is desperate to prove himself and is on terrific form. Remember we also have becchio and paynter who are also very strong forwards I just can't see where McCormack would fit in. Jason_LUFC

Leeds have apparently agreed a fee with Cardiff for Ross McCormack along side 2 other Championship teams
Ramon Nunez is still at the club, he will play in a behind closed doors friendly tomorrow night along side Calum Davenport

It does not say in the mirror that mccormack said he was intrested in coming to leeds it just says we are linked with him ross says nothing in the article

I would welcome the signing of mccormack if I didn't think we had enough firepower. However with gradel, paynter and snoddy to come back, Sam in terrific form and Somma showing he is a real goal threat I don't see why we need mccormack. Personally I would wait until January to sign a stiker if things aren't going well but I truly believe we will do fine with what we've got going forward and seem to have found our feet in this league. I do think that we need a ball winning midfielder however and I think that we should see what Bruce is like in that position against leicester. Also calum davenport is training with us and seems to be impressing grayson. Jason_LUFC.

As a leeds fan, i really do hope leeds sign Ross McCormack, seen it in the Mirror this morning, and it says he is intrested but its just down terms been agreed, this is our problem, bates won't pay alot for him or give the wages he will probably want. I think if we was to buy a striker we would have got jay simpson, i hope im wrong and we do get Ross
In Terms of other signings i don't think there will be any more, the defence is starting to gel, went to the game on saturday and i felt confident wen seeing them at the back,
Leeds are also linked with jason roberts, if we buy him i won't be happy, there has been so many good YOUNG players availabe and if he goes for a blackburn reject it will be a disaster
