Im from derbyshire and all my mates support derby they said brad jones and stephen bywater are shocking neither of them command their area and cant catch a ball, neither impressed me when we played them and when i saw bywater on tv playing 4 cardiff he was shocking

come on leeds fans its not even july yet which is when the transfer happen and all we are doing is moaning about signings what havnt happened we all moan about free transfers and june is when they mainly happen july is when the real deals happen . so lets get behind the team and management team becaue thats what is best about us leeds fans , passion , commitment and never say never attitude look at the past and it is clear we are coming back trust grayson he knows whats right even bates does they have there signings which will improve first team and signings which will improve squad . thats what makes a good club loyal fans , good starting 11 but a better squad o we can chaange it so cmon leeds lets give it our all to get back where we deserve and trut in grayon

A few people I know who have connections with people high up at Leeds United have been telling me all week that Paul Robinson is returning to Elland Road. Could it happen? {Ed015's Note - it could but isnt he currently Blackburn no1}

I have been a leeds fan all my life 38yrs my friend a Newcastle season ticket holder rang me Alan smith has refused the option of cancelling his contract he wants to stay and fight for his place you mean he wants the money he had the chance to re join the club he supposedly loves but he chose money again just like he did when he joined the scum by the way he said they want rid he is to slow and the reason they won promotion was down to nolan carrol and barton so why are we desperate for him back {Ed015's Note - the reason he joined man utd is because leeds needed rid and no1 else wanted him}

Not true Liverpool wanted him but were unaware a deal was already done in jan/feb before end of season

Newcastle has told Celtic that Forster is not for sale following Pardew saying that his season on loan to Celtic providrd too little quality apart from the odd Glasgow derby. Hopefully Pardew sees Leeds on loan as a better prospect because Foster would be better for us than Schmeical was

Rumour factory in overdrive as many as 5 players could be coming in on July 1st and expect the unexpected so iv heard. I know some rumours make u laugh the 1s iv heard about are believable as soon as I hear confirmation of them I will put it on here

I am as shocked as everyone about Kasper going but before we start the witch hunt for Bates and SG let's wait and see how the whites are doing in a few months. I'm sure if we are amongst the top six before Xmas then people will have forgot all about the sale of Kasper! Keep the faith and let's get behind the team and support them from the start!!! MOT.

Lucas Radebe wants back in at Leeds! So I have been told by usually good sources. But don't worry, not to play again! he wants to work with the youth team or reserves, wondered if there was any truth behind what I have been told, would be good to see the Chief back at Elland Road!

I've mentioned when talking with mates at home, how good it would be to bring Radebe in as a defensive coach or as someone to work with the youth team on a mental development role. Fantastic addition to the backroom staff if he comes back to ER.

Well my source is not always correct but often is, he works at the Yorkshire Post and often gets scoops to me regarding Leeds whether they come true or not is another matter but he told me he recently was at a charity event where Radebe was a guest speaker and was 'unofficially' asked whether he would like to return to Leeds on a coaching side and the response was that he could not see himself being part of Grayson's first team coaches as that is pretty set in place and he wouldn't want to rock the boat, but if the chance came to work with the youth department he would jump at the chance.

This is purely what my friend has told me, again, whether it happens or not, who knows.

Grayson what the hell are u doing signing some 30 year old crappy goalkeeper instead of schmeichel! Grayson and Bates i want you out! {Ed015's Note - why not wait and see whoelse he brings in?, rather obvs that Rahubka isnt gonna be number1 choice}

In response to whoever posted this, use your head! whether you agree with the sale of Schmeichel or not (which i don't) the fact is the Rachubka deal was set in place long ago before the Kasper situation arose, he has been brought in to replace Higgs, simple as that! Wait and see who is brought in as number 1 then judge!

Feel free to slag off a goal keeper based on peformance but dont think you should read into the age so much, too many outstanding keepers to list that are over thirty...

Leeds United are expected to complete the signing of Ian Evatt from Blackpool next week after failing to agree terms on a new contract. Grayson knows Evatt from his time at Blackpool and feels he is the perfect replacement for Richard Naylor not only as a player but as captain too. {Ed015's Note - Howson should be Captian, Evatt is a decent player}

Whilst it is obvious that Paul from Blackpool is not going to be number one keeper(from the start at least) it does confirm that Grayson has his favourites and scapegoats. Their(Blackpool) current goal keeper was kept out by Paul even though Gilks was/is a far better performer. SG has now brought him to Leeds to feed his obsession. I hope these obsessions do not continue with Paynter and the opposite way with Somma. I hope some quality comes in. I have doubts about SG. It's not all down to Bates. Some of SG's decisions last season were bizarre to say the least. Still , he needs another season to prove a point one way or the other.

Leeds in for Damien Delaney of Ipswich. The 29 year old has a choice of staying or joining Leeds or Hull on a free.. He cost 750k 2 years ago and SG was impressed with his ruggedness when he played at ER. This is his new number 1 CB target as other agents have indicated they want too much for Bates. Wwants 1 3 year deal rather than 2 on offer..

How is Newcastle United "mad" a credible source on Smith's views on the move? The Yorkshire Post does however report that Smith wants his full wage, i.e a reported £55,000 a week. With Newcastle willing to stump up 30k. I have to say if Smith would rather sit in the reserves for a year or go to some tin pot club who will pay the full sum over a chance to return to his boyhood club, then we probably don't want him anyway, it must be tough only getting 30k a week

Leeds have stepped up their bid to re-sign Alan Smith by enquiring what wages the former England international would accept to return to Elland Road.

The 30-year-old has a year remaining on his £60,000-per-week contract at Newcastle but has been told he can leave.

ed can you tell me what happend to the money from the sale of delph because i cant remeber what bates/grayson did with it, surley if that money is still knocking about we could use it for a couple of decent players/wages. {Ed015's Note - As far as im aware it went towards the wage budget although bates said it was avalible for transfers}

Not sure if we've had that much of it yet as a large chunk of the fee was dependent on appearances etc and he was injured for the majority of his first season at Villa, hopefully he'll get a good run in the team this season so they have to finally cough up.

According to YEP Smith is still on holiday in USA until July and that he will not forego any reduction in his salary over next 12 months which is rumoured to be £55k per week. Newcastle would therefore have to contribute the majority of this if Smith is to return to Leeds.

About that person who spotted alan smith at bewleys, I stayed in bewleys last night...no I havnt seen him but lots of people in the hotel have, I heard a group of lads talking about seeing him and 5 mins ago me and my partner wer having breakfast and a bloke was on the phone telling someone he's seen alan smith in the hotel, I know what your thinking...why doesn't he jst stay at his familys house? I have no idea but unless it's a cracking lookalike alan smith is at bewleys hotel right now
