Seeing rumblings that we are chasing Wales/ Reading FB Chris Gunter for around the £1m mark.
Little worried this signals the end of C Taylors stay with us. Having two really good FB's and decent, young cover in Coyle, it surely means we are expecting him or Berardi to go?

Doesn't he also play CB, so him joining could mean the end of Bamba or Belushite.

Bellusci does look like he is going but we have been linked with a couple of CB's anyway. Gunter is a natural RB that can play LB or as cover for CB. I would find it strange for us to spend that much only to play him out of his best position when there are better natural CB options available for free (Wheater and Mariappa for instance) let alone if we are willing to pay.

I reckon Charlie is gone anyway we can't compete with premiership football or offer the wages he'd be getting. It's just the way it is.

I'd take 5 million for Taylor and move on.
Football has a habit of letting things like this drag on. The kid don't wanna stay. Cash in now and let's move on.
Sure he was our best player but you can't let stuff like this rumble along, it's just plain sense.
