Heard it said that if we go into administration again it will mean a 20 point deduction

Another Dolly Parton performance today - the Girrafes were all over the place

Best fans in the land and that's how they repay us, disgrace McDermott out play the youth team for god sake at least they'll roll their sleeves up

BMD said the players are concerned about not getting their wages and about the takeover (or lack of a takeover in this case), well here's a thought for you, why don't you start putting 100% in an playing some decent football and as much of a surprise as this may be - you might actually attract an investor and thus will get paid your wages!

Who in their right mind is going to want to invest their hard earned cash into a club where the players can't be arsed to work hard to earn their cash!

We don't need the FL to deduct any points from us, we're quite capable of getting ourselves into the relegation battle without the FLs help!

Agree7 Disagree0

What they pay these koala clowns.

Agree6 Disagree0

We have never conceded this many goals in a season, you are judged on your performance in most jobs, so why the HELL is McDermott still in a job? he is making us a laughing stock, we are the leagues whipping boys, basically the team just is'nt good enough and his signings have been on par with Warnocks and that's what we are stuck with and a very very poor manager who strives on his one season success at Reading, who came straight back down. "nuff said"

Agree5 Disagree0

I agree with the above post too many excuses from bmd blaming takeover they are pro sportsmen and managers what goes on upstairs should be nothing to do with there perfomance bmd won't at training walk he will want his 2million when not if he gets sacked he trys hard to get the fans on side but that doesn't wash anymore look what dyche has done at burnley with no money look how long pompey southend and swindon players played with no money telling the press that they are talking about if they are getting payed at training bmd hang your head in shame this is your team I would have sacked you myself after signing noel hunt on 16,000 a week and he's awful doesn't matter if its cellino, haigh, verity, parkin, newdall, pearson, you mr mcdermott will be lucky to grt another sorry not good enough

Agree3 Disagree0

I despair!, but I'm so very proud of our away support last night heard you all loud and clear on the radio last night, simply the best!

Agree3 Disagree0

Agree with some of your comments but PORTSMOUTH are nearly in the conference so they've not over performed after not getting wages ;)

Agree1 Disagree0

The FL will make up whatever number of points it takes to ensure Leeds United are relegated. End of!

Agree2 Disagree0

Leeds won't sack McDermott because it'd mean we'd have to pay him off. Also, if we've got no money we wouldn't be able. To attract another "high profile" manager. As long as GFH are in control BM will have a job. Need some sort of takeover to happen soon so they can appoint a new manager!

Agree3 Disagree0

Mcdermot is still in his job because we can't afford to sack him and he knows it. I won't be back till this whole shambles is sorted out, gfh out!, mcdermot out! And half the team out we are rubbish FACT

Agree2 Disagree0

26 Mar 2014 09:33:24
The major problem we have now guys regarding BMD is he has a massive payout due if we sack him and of course GFH can't afford a bag of sweets right now although I have to feel slightly sympathetic as I feel the team he has have 6/7 players that are very very poor and simply not good enough at this level and I mean players he inherited from Warcock! they are a joke! MARKYMAFIA

Agree1 Disagree0

Need new defence only Byram shows any promise and he's being held back by others and bad tactics. Need a midfield that can pass the ball and track back. Strikers ok for this div And we need a manager with a better team talk than : I don't know if we get paid this month lads its this takeover we will just do what we can: never mind you are playing for the pride of Leeds United and all the fans who loyally follow this club. Think we need some honest answers from some one MOT
BIGE

Agree1 Disagree0

I've been a supported of BMD but I'm sorry to say enough is enough. This is your team Brian and your tactics. Its not just a poor sun of results. its humiliating. If you have any sense of pride or decency then GO NOW. Irrelevant of what's going on with the bungling GFH and the FL this is not acceptable. The players have no pride, or respect in either themselves, the club or the supporters. In my 50 years of supporting Leeds I have never felt as disillusioned and despondent with the players, the manager and the owners as I do now. Absolutely shocking!!!

Agree0 Disagree0

I think Ed has been replacing 'naughty' words with different animal names! Makes for a confusing but entertaining read. are there specific animals to replace certain words Eds?

if so I know what 'Giraffes' equates to and could have a guess at koala's.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed013's Note - Maybe, maybe not ;-) but lets just say that swear words aren't accepted}

I've just been reading some of the quotes from BMD about how he doesn't want to make excuses but the TO is effecting to team etc etc!. what rubbish, in my all of my years working I've been in similar situations where there's been doubt about who's taking over? is the company going to close down? etc etc. But does an overpaid work force stop doing their jobs?. No if they want to keep their jobs they still perform.

Lets face it there ain't a queue of clubs wanting to buy the majority of our first team squad. A message to the players, and manager if you really do care then put the effort in. Most Leeds supporters will get behind the team if they try. but what we can't accept is lack of effort and a whole host of excuses for not trying. for gods sake take a lesson from the supporters and show some pride

Brian has just let gboly ariyibi go out on loan to Tranmere he has described him as a very very fast exiting player for god sake Brian why let him out onloan if he is that good just give the lad a go

Believable35 Unbelievable3

{Ed013's Note - Don't worry Lobster man, Leeds have Kebe}

And we only had him till end of season anyway so looks like we won't see him again

Agree3 Disagree1

25 Mar 2014 19:54:03
i think it is a good decision to send him out on loan . I would send poleon out as well .both not ready for championship so go out on loan and might be ready for next season . I think stewart would be off out on loan if he was our player . its also to cut as much of the wage budget as well without disrupting the team .

Agree3 Disagree0

What the frog are the Leeds players playing at already 3 down sick of crap performances

Agree4 Disagree0

The players want a frogging kick up the backsides all of em just like cellino said!

Like I said give some of the others players a go speaks for itself tonight we r poor as Hanson said u can't win anything with kids well u can't win anything with overpaid slobs either think Brian has lost the dressing time to go bri

Agree4 Disagree1

Listening to Bournemouth now beating us 4-1 i'm now actually embarressed to see the team go out and get knocked all over the park with opponents scoring with ease. Brian. its time to go. Its your team and they are not listening to you and obviously don't give a toss. Time for a change because this is just unacceptable under any situation.

Agree6 Disagree1

I honestly wouldn't worry about BMcD now.
We're currently getting slammed 4-1 by Bournemouth, so can't see him being at leeds united much longer.

I hope Cellino settles his debt, and buys us and finds somebody else for the job, who though, Is another question.

Agree6 Disagree1

Wtf is going on at leeds it's a shambles getting smashed by 4 again what a joke of a side we have become the whipping boys of the championship our defence is shocking need player with pace my mum is faster then our back four! Shocking leeds side worst I've seen get rid of Brian clueless

Agree5 Disagree1

Lobsterman
Think BMDs hands are tied, now the buyout fallen through he got to lower the wage bill by 35%. I've been told ;(

Agree1 Disagree0

I agree with most the Leeds fans comment BMD has to go! Enough is enough he hasn't got a clue on how to play the game on how to inspire or what players to bring in. Enough excuses Brian!

Agree4 Disagree0

I wish this season would hurry up and end

Agree2 Disagree0

Brian lost the dressing room in early December but the off the field distractions have hidden the fact. Cellino said he sacked Brian because GFH wanted to but did not have the courage-who do you believe Cellino or GFH? Why not ask David Haigh who has left GFH since Cellino made this comment and whose only affiliation should be to Leeds United - so come on David tell us the truth and whilst you're speaking the truth tell us just exactly how genuinely safe we are from administration and who will now be funding our running costs and bills that GFH could not afford to fund for the past two-three months?

Agree3 Disagree1

Are you for real Eddie kebe big donkey

Agree2 Disagree1

I wish I could tell you that everything Brian touches turns to gold but it doesn't.
The mans an incompetent jinx and the same goes for his chosen partner in crime.

Because we have Kebe, jokes!

The main reason CW was recalled by Gus (and not Danny Graham) was he was not keen on CW being played out of position and not as an out an out striker.

Believable15 Unbelievable19

They would not have had a single striker for tonight game, jesus

Thanks mcdermott for making us a laughing stock, we thought warnock was bad, you're ten times worse, how come he is still the manager? no sorry he is not a manager, because he can't manage. one good result all season, when he was'nt there, when he was sacked. speaks volumes. just go mcdermott and let redfern pick up the pieces

Southampton will reportedly make a move for Leeds United's Sam Byram if right-back Calum Chambers leaves the club this summer.

Arsenal are the latest club to be linked with a move for 19-year-old Chambers, who has broke into the Saints' first team this season.

After appearing in almost all of Leeds's league games last season, 20-year-old Byram has struggled with injury this season and been unable to hold down a regular place under Brian McDermott.

Despite this, Byram is said to be on Southampton's watchlist and, according to The Mirror, Leeds will struggle to turn down an offer because of recent financial troubles at Elland Road.

Sign of things to come I think. I can see a few of our young talents being snapped up. I just hope that we are not so desperate for cash that we have to sell them on the cheap

I really don't give a Monkeys anymore supporting this club has become painful and it's heart breaking. Can you blaming them leaving? What is there to stay here for, the club is a shambles and the FL don't give a ship

A newspaper reporting Sam Byram to Southampton if no takeover!

Sam Byram rumoured to be a target for Southampton if Chambers, their current highly rated Number 2 Right Back, leaves to a top Premier League club. According to a newspaper we would, "not be able to turn down significant offers for the 20 year old unless a takeover is complete."

Heard that Kyle Lafferty is on his way in the summer?

Believable2 Unbelievable22

Still has at least 12 months on his contract there. Have LUFC suddenly found money to buy him?.

Agree1 Disagree0

God hope not would think the youth is better

Agree1 Disagree0

I'm a devout Ulsterman and my friend signed him for Burnley many years ago but the boy is trouble this is fact

Agree0 Disagree0

Think we have more chance of signing Jeremy Kyle.

Sounds about right with a name like LAFFerty, pefect fit at our club

Sources are reporting that Peltier is set to join Bolton on loan instead of Forest.

Believable20 Unbelievable5

Very surprising considering his abysmal performance against Bolton recently

Agree2 Disagree1

What when the score was 1-1 at HT. Byram came on and did well though .

Agree1 Disagree1

25 Mar 2014 15:29:39
Is that the same Bolton game where he was subbed at halftime having conceded one in a game that we went on to conceded five in?

Agree2 Disagree1

Grand they can keep him shocking player like most of the team

Agree0 Disagree1

GFH Capital please get your fingers out, tell us what your plan is now, hurry up and do it, then please leave our club, because you are making a right pigs ear of it and all us fans have had enough of this catastrophe thank you!

Agree1 Disagree0

In the bolton game we were 2-0 down at half time, we only scored in the 90th minute

Agree1 Disagree1

25 Mar 2014 16:40:27
Dont know which game you were at Bolton took the lead on 45 mins and 0-1 was the score at halftime when Peltier was withdrawn

Agree1 Disagree0

It was 1.0 when he got withdrawn but he got hauled off for a reason and Byram did play well but we were chasing the game already. I always thought peltier played better in the centre- not great but better
