Grayson say's he's not going to Leicester, but O'neil might. I would like O'Leary or O'Neil as our future Managers sometime. Gj

O'leary would def sort defense out but wasnt happy with his purchases ie seth johnson and robbie fowler

Obviously didn't learn anything from O'Leary's last stunt here then, ooops, I meant stint, of course....NOT!

Agree0 Disagree0

I'm firmly of the opinion that a minority of us have on here - Grayson is the best manager we've had for a while. He seems to have been given time by his Chairman - a rarity these days and I'm sure it'll pay dividends.

Agree0 Disagree0

Oleary couldn't sort out his own defence Harte must have been the slowest fullback in the premiership. He wasted a great deal of money and his track record since leaving Leeds is as good as Svens

It is good to see other people's opinions on this subject thanks. Gj

Oneil is a good manager but could you see him and ken bates working together,i dont think so.he is not a yes man

Agree0 Disagree0

O leary finished 6th with first season with villa...in fairness he got no backing from ellis...harte was great servant to leeds..

How long would you expect any manager to come up from league 1 then build a sqaud for promotion? It took Grayson 2/3 years to build a Blackpool squad which got promoted to the PL since it came up from league 1. Give him 2/3 years with us we'll be back where we belong.

Agree0 Disagree0

Can't fault Grayson personally! Best manager for ages. Promotion push this season?

Firstly, I am an SG loyalist. I believe he is talented, astute, adept at handling the madness of KB, ambitious and importantly, loyal to Leeds. He has a good record in management thus far. He has also had interest from Burnley ( when in Prem), tentative interest from Villa, possibly Leicester. He has rejected any approaches as he wants Leeds promoted. I believe if given time he will achieve this- and without breaking the bank.

In an alternate universe though, i wish we had of got O'Niel back in the day, or if we ever needed a manger in the future. Great manager. As someone said above though.... could you imagine him putting up with Fat Ken for more than 5 minutes. Don't think so. As for O'Nearly, no thanks.

Agree0 Disagree0

O'Leary would be great as Leicester manager- he would finish the job started by Sven and bankrupt Leicester just like he did Leeds. Grayson and Bates will get us back where we belong and on a sound footing.

Agree0 Disagree0

Cannot believe that anybody in their right mind would want O'Dreary back as Leeds manager. If we had paid Leicester for O'Neill before we got O'Leary we would still be Premier.
Grayson is doing a good job steadily getting us back to where we should be.

Agree0 Disagree0

Grayson doing a great job considering uncle albert is tying his hands so we dont get promotion and get investigated for all his dodgy dealings by premier

Agree0 Disagree0

Definately swap O'Neil for Grayson in fact i'd drive Grayson to Leicester if I thought there is any chance of Leicester wanting him. Liecester want a manager who can get them promoted this season so that counts Grayson out.

Agree0 Disagree0

Why would o neil come to leeds he is waiting for a premiership club, no way to o leary, but there is no need talk about new managers when larry is going nowhere
