Seen Stuart Parnaby in the Subway opposite ER this evening. I approached him, he was decent and talkative. He said he was discussing a possible trial period with the club and had been shown round TA earlier and ER this evening. Said he thought Leeds was a great club and that it was off with Birmingham. Watch this space. I think it would be a good signing.

Callum Davenport is still playing non-league to build up his fitness. Grayson is still monitoring him. Could be a worth a short term contract, good player when fit.
Have seen Callum Davenport play several times and would say that the bloke is like a scared rabbit caught in the headlights when the heat is on. He not the answer to our defensive issues we need to look at the lower leagues to see if we can unearth some young potential talent. If not old man Bates needs to spend some decent money to bring in a player with proven ability.
LoL, only 24 days till you can all pretend to be the new Leeds manager and make this fantasy your first signing on the new football manager!! We're carrying enough deadwood in the centre back department, the last thing we need is to bring someone who's been out of the professional game for over a year, kisnorbo isn't the player he was before his injury, M.O.T!! Football manager ?? Try Chris mavinga from Liverpool he is amazing got me promoted lol
No genuine player, came on against Chelsea last season and did very well, 18 year old I believe, looks a good talent

What is it with you people,always criticising the
manager (Simon Grayson).Give him time to strenghten the squad.He's already sign 3 new players.I'm sure he's working to bring in more
especially the defence.He knows the defence is
leaking goals.Heard rumours he will bring in 2 new
CB and a RB.Now that the loan window is open,
Simon will bring in the players on loan and if they
are what he is looking for will sign them on permanently.Have patience.According to Simon
there is money avalaible to buy players after the
sale of Gradel and Kasper.Sacking Simon and
appointing another manager is not the answer.
Maybe,Leeds can ask Matteo and Radebe for
help in improving the defence.Change of tactics
in the defense dept.They are 2 experienced
defenders who played for Leeds before.MOT.
Problem is grayson has had plenty time to improve the defence and look at the defenders weve signed while hes been in charge.... collins, bessone connoly bruce bromby obrien paddy odea etc... NON of these defenders are good enough. kisnorbo was good but not on the pace after his injury, we need a commanding centre back with pace. our defence lacks pace. teams can get to us too easily. im not saying sack grayson cos i like him and hes done well for us. but the fact is the defensive signings hes made just arent good enough....
Simon Grayson has said he is not rushing to sign a defender or defenders in YEP so I don't have clue what going to happen we need a RB, and two CB now not tomorrow next week next month now WTF is going on.

Its not just thi season we have had defences problems mind! He has had long enuff now , sorry but time to get rid.
Grayson won promotion for us in his first full season. He took us to 7th in our first season in Championship despite having our best payers sold from under him and not having been given any money to spend on players or wages.
Only a complete person would consider that to be a bad record.
Grayson is the best manager we could possibly hope for right now. His record is better than any manager we've had in a long time and better than any of the realistic alternatives. Added to that he's a Leeds man and not looking to p!ss off as soon as a premiership club comes knocking.
The vast majority of real fans, those who spend their hard earned cash going to The Shrine, are singing his name every week because we know what an amazing job he's done despite all the carp he's had to deal with.
And can some of you people please learn to spell, construct sentences and use apostrophes correctly. It's not difficult.
He has had a year to sort out our defence. We had third highest wage bill in the Championship last year but only finished 7th.
The fact is that the defence was a problem last season and as far as i can see, despite the players who have come in, the defence is still a problem, now that is down to several people, firstly the manager as he should be capable of identifying the problem areas and bringing the correct players in! secondly the defensive coaches, as they obviously arent doing their jobs, and thirdly the players themselves, who i think in most cases lack the concentration and effort.
