alex nimely from man city is apparantly loan signing comin in early next week.quick tricky striker.

Believable21 Unbelievable52

1 goal in 17 appearances whilst on loan at Coventry last season, hardly tricky or prolific.

Agree0 Disagree0

This guy caught the eye in the fixture against Coventry last season at the Ricoh Arena. Would be a good addition imo
MOT!

Agree0 Disagree0

Wasn't that against us.tricky winger if my memory serves...
Kella74

Agree0 Disagree0

Doesn't need to be prolific, neil wants squad players.

Agree0 Disagree0

Coventry were poor all last season (and this so far) so you can't really judge the lad playing with them lot. Every striker struggles if the have no service

Agree0 Disagree0

I like the sound of this potential signing. This lad is different to what we have within the squad and I would be really pleased if he was the man Neil trying to sign.

Agree0 Disagree0

Me too would love Arshavin to sign but can't see it even for playing time preference.
Hulse is a no no he's joined Charlton.
I'd like campbell or Jackson

Looks now like there's a bidding war for takeover of LUFC. Good to be desired but not what we want my opinion. Gives Ken scope to stall.

bad news gfh in bad debt could be buying the club and putting us back into debt also expect new bid from america this is a long way from over

Believable22 Unbelievable50

Good job there not taking us over then. They are fronting the bid on behalf of a consortium. The money will be coming in from multiple business'/people. So read the statements properly before scare mongering.

Agree0 Disagree0

Please get the facts before posting.
There is also a lot of journalists trying to spin rubbish, so dont take it all on board.

Agree0 Disagree0

Gfh have stated they are not a front and are buying from themselfs so think you should learn to read

Agree0 Disagree1

Agree with the 3rd reply. The statement actually said "(GFH Capital's) intentions, if successful in its acquisition, is to move the club back to the Premier League as quickly as possible and help to build a sustainable future for the club, both on and off the field,". This clearly suggests that GHF are the prospective buyers.

GFH don't have the money required to carry out the takeover, and have admitted to the media that they wish to purchase the club and not act a broker for another equity group.
The source of this is the Independent Newspaper and is very concerning.

Hisham Alrayes from GFH Capital"Following a succesful recapitalisation that continues to bring funds for us to invest"

Agree0 Disagree0

This rumour has been started by David Haigh and he has never been the most reliable source

Agree0 Disagree0

There are, in my opinion, 2 possible answers to whether or not GFH have the funds for a t/o.The first being that other interested parties(who want to invest/t.o)are trying to put doubt,in the minds of the media, supporters and papasmurf, for their own gain.Secondly, its a "Glazer" situation where GFH puts the club in debt, but re-organise that debt to make it possible to service it!and still invest in the playing side!?(ala the stretford mob)!!KEA

Agree0 Disagree0

I think everyone is just guessing right now, there are certain journalists who are just making stuff up in the absence of anything concrete...wouldn't be the first time. I just remember bates saying right at the start of this that he was satisfied the prospective buyers had the necessary funds. His one mantra for all approaches has been to ask for proof of funds. GFH have already paid £4 million for exclusivity in this takeover, no company can afford to lose that much on a possible investment.
