If we don't acquire a central defender to replace Sol Bambi in the next 90 minutes we may as well give Distin a pay as you play deal or something closely resembling the same later this or next week. Even though he turns 39 in 3 months he's probably better than Bamba and Cooper.
What is happening on the striker front? We need one. Without one, I don't see us scoring more than 60 league goals all season which is insufficient for a 6th spot finish.

We need another defensive midfielder? Ok if Bridcutt gets injured, then that's a god shout, but are we going to be playing with two defensive midfielders if he doesn't? What formation does O'Kane fit it? And for proven premiership player, he played 13 times for Bournmouth last season.
Now I'm not knocking the signing, I know it sounds like I am and being completely honest I recall him playing against us in 2014/ 15, but couldn't say if he was a gem or not. Monk has stated our weakness had been the 1st and 3rd third of the pitch, so we get another midfielder? Come on am I really that way off the mark? Dave and Murphy may or may not go, but even if they do we have Bridcutt, Dallas, Grimes, Hernandez, Mowatt, Phillips, Viera and Roofe with only 4 strikers.

Well first thing roofe ain't a centre midfielder same with dallas, n Grimes won't play again imo I have no idea why we signed him in the first place awful player, o'kane can play cdm to cover for bridcutt if he gets injured n he can play as a regular centre mid so he's definitely what we need, Hernandez can't play centre midfielder he's more of a cam so yes we have a lot of midfielders but no one who can play cdm and cm as good as o'kane other than bridcutt. Dave n Grimes are the 2 we need to be selling n maybe Murphy but not sure about him as he's not to bad imo.

We have 12 midfielders according to the OS. My point is from the games I have seen this season, we have struggled in defence and in attack. Against Forest we missed chances and conceded silly goals our midfield played well. Against Wednesday we played well, especially in Midfield. Bridcutt has been a steadying influence I'll give you that. Our strikers are Wood (He doesn't exactly get rave reviews on this site) , Sakho (Still improving) , Antonson (Will come good) and Doukara 🤔 Would you rather had another midfielder or another striker? Oh and by the way our central midfielders we have are. Murphy, Dave, Mowatt, Phillips, Viera, Grimes and now O'Kane.

Yes we needed a new striker I agree n I'm very disappointed we only signed o'kane but then it's always disappointing with Leeds on transfer deadline day. I'd have bridcutt and mowatt as the main 2 in midfield for me, with viera and o'kane as regular subs, I don't rate Dave or Grimes and don't see the point in having them both, Murphy and Phillips are decent so yh midfield is covered, defence is covered for me. Jansson n cooper should be the main 2 n Bartley n Bamba are good back up defenders don't need another 1 imo. Strikers we needed 1 more imo, Chris wood was never going to get a lot of goals he's not got the pace but I like him n think he does a decent job for someone who's so slow, antonsson is our best chance of goals n just needs time. Doukara is ok not great but Iv seen worse at Leeds and sacko I'm not a fan of, does a lot of running but very pointless when he don't have a final ball. Green as gk I'm also very worried, he's good but I'd prefer Silvestri back as number 1 but that's just my opinion.

That would be the most pathetic thing from Bournemouth imo, he's there best attacking player who not only scores but sets a lot of goals up. If he leaves on loan I'd be sacking Eddie howe. Unbelievable.

Bournemouth want Taylor, who wants to leave, Howe wants rid of Mad Max, who has always stated a desire to come back one day, Taylor valued at £8m, Max £8m. I mean it would leave us scrabbling to find a LB before the window shuts but it must be worth a cheeky enquiry from Monk. Wages would most likely make it impossible but worth asking the question.
