Again Snoddy & McCormack & Becchico score,

Believable24 Unbelievable11

Would it have been the same result against 11 men!!!
yes we scored first against 11 men,
but it was against the run of play.
again, another game we cannot, judge
the team by!!!
sorry to be negative, but need to be realistic!!

Agree0 Disagree0

Mmmmm... as much as I like to be positive, they were down to 9 men before we scored 2 of our goals. I have always been in Bechio's fan club and up to this season considered him as one of our best players, but you can't really say "Bechio again" can you?... really? He's been a shaddow of himself this season. I hope this is the turning point mind.

Agree0 Disagree0

This will give the team a much needed pick me up regardless and a clean sheet we must push on from here and do brighton at home next week, notice no sups used expect the same 11 to start against brighton !

Agree0 Disagree0

The most impressive thing for me is the clean sheet!!

Agree0 Disagree0

It seems to me, that no matter what Leeds do, people will still find fault. Good win for me.

Agree0 Disagree0

Things were never going to change too much about how good we played Grayson only been gone 4 days or something.give him a few weeks to see if he can do much , i think this match was good for the team as it got smith and Snodgrass used to playing with each other just a shame we never got to see Rogers even if he had got 5 mins .i suppose a change of player could of made us worse as its very hard to catch up to the pace of the game in such a short time.

Agree0 Disagree0

Ok lets be realistic.

1. we defended well for the first 30 mins away from home when the home team were on top.
2. we scored first yes against the run of play but so what we went in front
3. There player was sent off because he brought down McCormack who was clear on goal with only the keeper to beat so there is a very good chance we would have been 2 - 0 up at half time.
4. we won

Yes they had another player sent off but the team played well so start giving them some credit for a change. The way things are they cant win. This will hopefully give them confidence and we can go on from them and hopefully get promotion.

Lets not forget no matter how poor our form has been this season we are still only 7 points off 2nd place and no team so far has sight this league alight and really broke away from the pack apart from maybe west ham. So get behind the team and we can March On Together right into the Premiership

Agree0 Disagree0

Made me a serious amount of money today, in order, and a three nil too

So obvious?

Agree0 Disagree0

Well good result today in the face of things,,brighton will be a tough game,, remember the last time we played em (3-3)

Agree0 Disagree0

Last time we should of run away with it but sat back and nearly messed it all up ,i cant see us making that mistake under Neil redfearn ,roll on next season in the prem league

Agree0 Disagree0

If you think about it, Becchio has scored quite a few recently, Bristol City, Ipswich, Barnsley to name a few

Agree0 Disagree0

Well they are the strikers arent they. wouldnt expect the defenders to come up with the goals all the time. dont complain that our strikers are scoringgoals

Agree0 Disagree0

I don't get how we can win and people can still complain. it's fans who are only ever negative who bring this club down.

Do us a favour and go and bring down man u instead.

Former Serbia boss Raddy Antic has set his sights on the vacant manager's job at Championship side Leeds United.

The 63-year-old has applied for the post occupied until earlier this week by Simon Grayson.

Sources close to Antic have revealed the hugely experienced coach is ready to return to the English game and would relish the opportunity to resume his career at Elland Road.

Bookmakers William Hill have installed Huddersfield's Lee Clark as a 5/4 favourite and were quoting former QPR manager Neil Warnock at 7/2.

Antic's press agent Paul Gough said: "Radomir will undoubtedly be one of the most experienced and qualified coaches to apply for the Leeds job.

"He is hugely qualified and immensely hungry for the opportunity. He would love the chance to boss at Elland Road - it is something he knows he would be very successful at."

Antic, who spent four years at Luton during his playing days, launched his coaching career at Real Zaragoza, and his impressive curriculum vitae since has seen him take the helm at Real Madrid, Real Oviedo, Atletico Madrid, Barcelona and Celta Vigo before he was appointed as Serbia coach in 2008.

He guided his side to the 2010 World Cup finals in South Africa but, after a disappointingly early exit, lost his job in September of the same year.

After an opening defeat by Ghana, the Serbians stunned Germany - who went on to reach the semi-finals - with a 1-0 victory in Port Elizabeth, before a 2-1 loss to Australia ended their Group D campaign and ensured a swift return home.

Antic received a four-game touchline ban and a fine for unruly behaviour as a result of comments made in the wake of the final game.

Believable29 Unbelievable12

He is the best Serbian Manager of all time.Bring it on!!!!!

Agree0 Disagree0

Antic would be a fantastic coup for the club, would make Warnock look like an Under 9's coach.

Agree0 Disagree0

Sure he would be a real coup ( no pun intended ) but can't help feeling a meeting with KB will end his interest. Would love to see what he can do but surely he won't come if he realises he can't pay money for anyone and his best best players will be sold or run down their contracts

Agree0 Disagree0

Very impressive CV.......I'd like to know if he has won anything ?

Agree0 Disagree0

From what ive read on wiki (yeah i know its wiki but still...) His managerial career seems to lack in actual silverware, but he seems to specialise in taking over clubs mid season and getting them on the right track and them swiftly moving up the table. Worth a read as it looks like hes tailored for this job.

Agree0 Disagree0

If ever you needed confirmation of just how big this club is, then the fact someone like Antic wants the job should be proof enough. unfortunately for him, right job with right club and right fans but wrong chairman at wrong time (NO MONEY!) is it bates? is it the inland revenue? is it lack of ambition? will we ever know before too many fans turn there back on the club and close their wallets?

Agree0 Disagree0

Just think of all the Serbian players he could attract - hopefully

Agree0 Disagree0

Want a brit manager, don't want leeds to be another brit team full of foreigners

Agree0 Disagree0

He did win League and Cup double when at Athletico Madrid - Does he realise how tight KB is?

Agree0 Disagree0

What does he know about English Football and in particular the Championship? Sven had a great CV and look whta he has done!! I'd prefer someone tried and tested in this league. By the way Fearnburn is not the answer!

Agree0 Disagree0

He knows quite a bit about English football, played for Luton Town over 5 years getting promoted in 1982 to the premier league.
He's won the Liga BBVA and the Spanish Cup with Athletico Madrid.
Plus I don't think he would link himself with the Leeds job without researching a bit about the club. It would be pretty dumb if he found all about ken Bates when he'd signed a deal. It would look bad on his CV!
Overall i think he would be one of the best managers we could take on at this critical point in the season, it not a time for unproven young managers!

Agree0 Disagree0

Totally agree not a time for unproven managers

Agree0 Disagree0

Sounds very much like a press release from Antic's agent.... suffice it to say he will NOT be managing Leeds. Just a way of signalling his availability to clubs in the PL i suspect.

Agree0 Disagree0

This was his agent speaking. So yeah have to wonder.

He looks like a great manager, quick sign him up

Agree0 Disagree0

He's got a great pedigree but so has Sven - beware.

I have it on very good authrity... Lee Clarke has been offered the job and is considering his options this weekend... One benefit is he can move to Harrogate .... Quite close to home ( Newcastle)... Difficult call for him given his gr8relationship with dean Hoyle. Bates Out

Believable8 Unbelievable38

Just don't see how he is different or better than SG

Agree0 Disagree0

If it's anything like our transfer policy, I think we might try and loan a manager off a club.

Might loan in Joe Jordan from Tottenham.

Agree0 Disagree0

Experience, class, always had an eye for top players, hugely ambitious. Real, Barca, do I need to say he knows about expectations? After the Serbian setback he must be hungry. At least our scouting will be hugely expanded so we don't have to see o'dear o paynter type players. Get him in Monaco asap

Agree0 Disagree0

Please not, can't listen to the guy, hasn't actually achieved anything, smug and hig-headed - did you see his press interview?

Agree0 Disagree0

NOBODY HAS BEEN APPROACHED, LET ALONE OFFERED THE JOB? IS YOUR NAMECLARKE BY ANY CHANCE?

Agree0 Disagree0

Since when has Leeds or even harrogate been 'near' to Newcastle?

Go do one, or grow up??

Agree0 Disagree0

Harrogate is approx 1hr commute to Durham .... Clarke reviewing contract over weekend... Have it on very good authority... Personally would prefer warnock
