to all you out there who r slagging off sg and bates. They hsve dun a great job for leeds and it will cum gud. Every 1 says bates wants to make money is correct, he is a buisnessman. He will do wat it takes to help the club earn money so he does too. I want us to sign sum great players now but if we dont and we end up with 15 players from a mental home il still be a leeds fan. Just got home from boozer, and a fella who claims he is in the know at Leeds said Snodgrass has refused to return to Elland rd and has said he wants to go, A transfer request has been sent to Bates and Grayson. {Ed015's Note - lets see now... a guy in the pub .... possibly abit drunk?}

Let him go. No one player is bigger than the club.

So why was snoddy training with the boys? Think it's back to the boozer u go and get some more quality gossip

Give lonergan and SG a break, grayson on way to being legend in my eyes at ER. Look at last season, 7th first time of asking quality, grayson also built blackpool team which got promoted
so In grayson and leeds we trust

I wouldn't say Grayson built the blackpool team that got promoted. The resaon they went up was down to Ian Holloways attacking style. It was Holloway that signed Charlie Adam and DJ Campbell that pushed them to promotion. When Grayson was in charge of Blackpool they narrowly missed out on Relagation back to League 1 twce.

Two years running we've bottled it in Jan - once acceptable but twice shows bates yes man doesn't learn from his mistakes. in grayson you trust-my 141iq and i do not trust him. too many poor loan signings, can't handle the pressure, poor tactics i.e. won't change his tactics to suit the fit and available players. persists with out of form players, drops in form players and failed to sort out our defence. trust him all you like but anyone with an ounce of intelligence can see grayson is not up to the job. kind regards

Im a season ticket holder and my gran has been going for over 25 years. She could do a better job in goal then dudeck or however you spell it starting to get worried few screws loose over at ellend road, dont slate me for " not being a propper leeds fan" i travel from wolves ever home game. So i obviously am

Jerzy dudek... Please qualify why this would be a 'bad' signing? For the last 10 years he has been playin in europes top leagues and ok hes been number 2 at real madrid behind arguably the best keeper in the world. At 38 he will still have reflexes ie van de scum And he has been training with casilas and learning from him... How is that a bad thing? Id take him over lonergan any day

I wouldnt say you're not a real fan, just a clueless one

when are fans going realise we can't be patient for ever. all these so called targets and decent players are moving. we need to do something in the near future......

You dont know who our targets are. Just because a name is mentioned on here, it doesnt make them a target. SO if they go to another club, we havent automatically missed out on them

SG knows who his targets are and negotiations will be ongoing, so in that sense it doesnt matter a jot how long they take

can't beleive we would replace kasper with andy lonergan. i agree with SG that kasper leaving was best for lufc, and lonergan is an ok keeper, but to replace kasper with an "ok" keeper is a step backwards, come on SG we need better than lonergan if we are to push on for the premiership.

Kasper had more passion then the defenders in front of him, how SG could not see that?? Leeds will keep selling anyone who will bring in some money even if it means selling on the cheap, as they have done over the lats 3/4 years.

Its all well and good being patient...but players are moving now and as it stands we are missing out. I think we need some signings this week to give confidence that we have planned targets otherwise it may be too late....

Simon Grayson has stated that he expecting a couple of deals to be concluded this week.

Just seen on Sky Sports News that Bowyer has held positive talks with Ipswich So im guessing thats another player we have been linked with moving elsewhere. Staying positive though SG knows what hes doing. MOT

Jake was fantastic, but cos Johnson and Killa were playing well he didnt get the games. Would love to see him back. Walker and Naughton could possibly be great in defence. If Gomes is going to come, SG is serious about being a promotion and possibly title contender

Livermore has great potential and he showed that last year. They would all be good signings

Harry Redknapp already stated that Walker is staying at White Heart Lane to compete for a first team place next season and also Livermore is set for a loan switch to Rangers.

Leeds appartently are going to make an audatious bid for 2 sunderland players which will be Anton ferdinand and Jack Colbeck. Grayson feels ferdinand will be a solid centre half for us and feels jack colbeck would be an ideal centre midfielder to partner jonny howson.

I think there is something going on that none of us knows about. We've been linked with so many players, Grayson has admitted a few of them. He also said he has spoken with Smith, Bowyer and Woodgate; now he's saying contact is still to be made? Something isn't right 3 first teamers have left, we've brought in one goalkeeper who played 3 games and conceded 9 goals. I just hope SG proves me wrong because he's done well.. Up until now

Goal keeper Paul R Duno how u spell his name. He is a good goal keeper was one best goal keepers in league when in championship. He was injures last year 3 games 9goals not bad when u look at us who conceded 6-5-4 and so on. Come on guys give him a chance

Yes fair point to the last poster, you're right, so perhaps hes just pointing out that there's nothing new to say on the subject as they're no further on. Bowyer is being linked with QPR and he'd probably fancy another year in the Prem than dropping down to Championship. Woodgate, itd have to be a pay as you play and even more risky given the lack of playing time. Whatever is actually going on, it'd be nice to see some movement by Friday ;)

I hear Leeds transfer targets are the ones below, 1 Keeper, 1 Right back, 1 Left back, 2 Centre backs, 2 midfielders.
Ive heard Grayson is interested and have spoke to Woodgate and Smith, but they are not top targets.
The Main targets are Khizinashvilli, Spector and Cork.
Rob Edwards and David Carney are very likely with the Blackpool connection.
