David Bentley is coming to Leeds this is a fact. Spurs have let him go and he wants first team football although bmd is wanting young players he wants quality players with experience to bring on the young players. Although Gfh said they want people out befor more come in after bmd has turned the team around and they have full faith on him so are going to back the man. On the other hand Norris Pugh are very close to finalising a deal going out to a lower league with Leeds still paying some of there wages! guys Neil Hearsum also on if u would like any further information

Believable32 Unbelievable21

I've said this aswell as a mate told me today.

Agree8 Disagree1

It must be true then as youve put the word "fact", might be a bit more believable if you put where you got this "fact" from.

Agree1 Disagree8

I've heard this from several people today. Hope it's true Neil

This is not what I want or any Leeds fans but there is strong rumours down at Thorpe arch that Bruce is coming back on loan. Bmd no please!

Believable9 Unbelievable41

Hes better than Pearce and Peltier that's for sure. Bruce had some great games for us. No more tha nthe Arsenal cup game when he was superb!

Agree0 Disagree1

He wasn't actually that bad. As with 90% of defenders at this level prone to the odd mistake but could have some really good games.

Not sure hwy he didn't play more when he was here before!

Spoke to BMD on flight to Dublin on Saturday he said trying to get 3 players in and move 5 out but difficult due to their high wages. He didn't say who the players were.

Tim Cahill to sign in the next week, Kasper Gorkks soon also.

Believable17 Unbelievable79

Tim Cahill are you serious not a chance he's earning a fortune over in America.

Agree5 Disagree1

Considering we need a CB it could be Gary Cahill the Chelsea listed CB. Age 27 6ft 2in has played about 26 games in last seasons league. Was bought by Chelsea for £7m. Maybe its a loan deal which would make sense. Tim Cahill is the former Everton attacking midfielder who had been playing in US League. don't we have enough central midfield players?

Agree0 Disagree8

, quality. Tim Cahill was pretty funny but Gary Cahill takes the biscuit.

Keep it up lads.

Agree0 Disagree0

Gary cahill ^^^^^ lmaoooo good one

Agree0 Disagree0

Really can't see us signing either of those two.

Agree1 Disagree1

Gary Cahill is England international are you for real?

Agree0 Disagree1

What are you on? Cahill from Chelsea. Now you have had too much sun.

Agree0 Disagree0

LOL I thought tim cahill was a joke then I click and someone says it could be gary cahill lmao you crazy people. not in a million years would any of them join us. gary cahill plays a fair bit 4 chelsea anyhow.

Agree0 Disagree0

Gorkks maybe, Cahill no chance.

Sam Byram to stay at Leeds. Close to agreeing an improved contract apparently.
Leeds to shockingly sign Matt Mills for undisclosed fee and rumour has it that McDermott is keen to bring in a big loan player, just as soon as he moves on the "dead wood" which again is close to going through.

MOT!

Believable41 Unbelievable17

Shockingly sign Mills? what's so shocking about signing a Physical CB who we need? Bit dramatic mate. U work for the media or just a drama queen?

Agree2 Disagree0

Is the first poster introducing a note of sarcasm?

Agree2 Disagree1

To reply #1. I think you missed the sarcasm in the post. Be cool.

Agree2 Disagree2

"Shockingly" was meant in a sarcastic term as Mills has been rumoured with Leeds since day 1 of the transfer market.

Agree1 Disagree1

To first reply - I thing OP is suggesting this has been the worst kept secret in football, not that Mills himself is a shocking player.

Agree1 Disagree0

OP - don't waste time having a sense of humour you will be shot down by the divs. To the 1st reply, haha!

We are looking at Nigerian wingback/winger Siphewe tshabalala to come in. Looks good in his games over there also I think he's spent time at Forrest before. He plays for kaiser chiefs fee unnisclosed

Believable4 Unbelievable35

He is South African not Nigerian

Agree0 Disagree0

Weren't we linked with him again last year think he was scout by lucas radebe for leeds last year suppose to be good!

Agree0 Disagree1

He's also south african and not very good. Other than scoring the opening goal of the world cup he hasn't don't muchh.

Agree0 Disagree0

Haha what a load of rubbish man if ure make this up atleast do your research, not only is he not Nigerian he dusnt play in Nigeria either (so he's looked good in those games uve been watchin?) he went for a trial at forrest supposedly a host of clubs were interested in him (but never signed him), amazing what a good goal in the world cup can get you

Agree1 Disagree0

He is not Nigerian. he is a South African International with 70 caps. He is 29 next month so does not really fit the young ambitions player McD said he is looking for

Agree0 Disagree0

Tshabalala is the player that scored a screamer for South Africa against Mexico, looked half decent in the World Cup for the Bafana Bafana but not really heard much of him since, must be 30+ now too?

Agree0 Disagree1

Nigerian wingback? He's a South African attacking midfielder who can play anywhere in the attacking third, but prefers the left wing! This is a shoddy attempt at a rumour

Agree0 Disagree0

Im suprised he wasn't "spotted" sooner

Matt Mills looks set to join Bristol City

Believable13 Unbelievable33

So he's dropping down a Div to a team who can't afford his wages and have openly stated this year that they are seeking to regenerate youth?

Brian McDermott was in Dublin yesterday speaking to Keith Fahey over a short term deal. He's expected to sign this week.

Believable16 Unbelievable30

You mean Birmingham if this was true

Agree1 Disagree0

Nope he's in ireland

Agree0 Disagree0

You mean the 30 something central midfielder who occasionally plays on the wing. Why would BMcD be looking for this type of player?

Agree0 Disagree0

This actually could be true. He defo WAS in Ireland. He got the same flight as my mate after the game on Saturday.

My reliable source as told me that BMD as been told by a director after Saturdays game that patel wants to cash in on byram which BMD laugh off an said well its a great job he's injured an won't be back to full health/fitness till end august/mid september also said BMD has been promised money but money isn't coming from gfh nor iib so take it as u believe it is this new investment even an invest in the club are is it gfh is selling their stake hence to why patel looking to sell byram to make gfhc a quick buck only time will tell

Sorry for the doom an gloom post but only pasting on from what I've been told

Great result on sat though MOT

Believable8 Unbelievable72

If you'd have seen Patel celebrating on Saturday after the game you'd know they're in it for the long haul e.g 2-3 years, not a quick flip

Agree0 Disagree0

Never heard such rubbish in my life. Trevo

Agree0 Disagree0

So let's get this straight. You have a reliable source who at the same time is showing that he is in fact an incredibly untrustworthy character by disclosing what are clearly extremely sensitive conversations with anyone and everyone?

And you make it sound like Patel jut strode into the players lounge and came out with that?! Why waste people's time?

Agree0 Disagree0

Wont be going anywhere until at least Jan as he is injured so hardly a story here for immediate discussion. don't think the manager or even the directors will have considered any discussion until he is fit and BMD has assessed his future needs having seen him play again.

Agree0 Disagree0

Obviously you don't understand how investments work, If we sold Byram now the clubs value will drop as he will be listed as an asset. Therefore they would not get as much money when they sold their stake. so how exactly is that going to make them money?
