Leeds United have not contacted Stoke City about making Michael Tonge's move to Elland Road a permanent one or even attempted to extend his loan deal. Neil Warnock highly rates the midfielder however he think the money could be put to better use.

Tonge has been one of our best players so this is very unbelievable

Tongue has been good in spells but gone missing in numerous games and has the pace of a slug. We need a playmaker with a bit of pace that doesnt cost a lot because contrary to what everyone thinks , there is not a lot of money available !!

tonge was playing left mid at first and was going missing but has now been moved to cm roll and as performed well doing his job . hes well worth keeping and if we need to get rid of any players to help towards players wages then rachubka,kisnorbo,rogers,gray,pugh,nunez,bromby and brown will be moved on first and then we can get tate,thomas,tonge ,hall and diouf signed up to start with and then see whats left to spend ,you dont let your best players leave first not like bates likes to do

Well Tonges loan runs out on the 22nd he could only singing him again in Jan and be have 2 -3 games before then, he is hoping to have austin back but im guessing he will reasses where he is short if austin is back we could have cover for CM so maybe better going for a wide player, If we have injuries im sure we could get him back on loan.

If he is allowed to leave then we have to replace him with some quality someone in the mould of peter whittingham maybe. doubt we would get him but it has to be a good replacement. if you asked tongue I bet he'd want to stay not getting a look in at the rugby team.....oops sorry! I meant stoke

To second post wonder where the 52m is then to buy us and the wealthy individual is then if we have no money

In no way do we need 2 b letting tonge leave put him on the bench as yes hes slow but hes got a gr8 shot on him n has scored 3 times already so not bad for a slow slug, we need experience in our team just look at how good a signing tate has been, tonge has also been gr8 n we have got money n alot 52 mill n we only need about 3/4/5 players to go up as this team we have is gr8 as it is just need maybe another cm, lb, rm/lm, st then we r ready to go up we in no way need tons of players thats for sure

Sunderland and Aston Villa scouts were at the Huddersfield game on Saturday to take a closer look at Luciano Becchio

Look all they want , he aint going anywhere, unless villa give us bent or sunderland give us fletcher and johnson , more than likely they were just there to pick up a few tips on how to play football

Unless you have been on the moon for the last month you must surely reaslise that Leeds arn't a selling club any longer. If becchio leaves it will because warrnock allows him to - or he get the dog on and refuses to play!

If you read the OP comments, you will see he merely made reference to scouts being at the game, and nothing to do with intent to sell. Becchio has been a player looked at countless times by higher clubs than ourselves!

There were no scout tickets available for that game.

Mcgugan out of contract in summer and hardly plays now doesn't make team n from sounds of it there not interested in giving him a new contract he's a big problem thinking he's the best and balloons with his weight! But I think it's mcgoldric

God i hope its mcgugan. i know he's temperamental and all that, but he's got quality, and quality is what we need!

I know this because my friends dad will be involved in some medical reviews with the player.
