Did you all watch PH first training session? he speaks English! Beautiful Fluent Yorkshire based English to boot. Moreover, he didn’t sound the type of guy who would put up with any nonsense. I believe in PH (trust to follow)

yeah, very good unless he is talking the sort of bullshit spoken by a manager whose previous club won 1 out of the last 16 games under his management. just being the devils advocate on account the devil can't on account he doesn't exist. Hope I am wrong and he will be a great appointment but my guess is its another disaster.

Think without sounding like I'm reminiscing but we shouldn't of been hasty to get rid of Rob green and we should of pulled out the stops and spent the 7 Mil on kyle bartley. Wood and taylor we probably could t really stop from going realistically let's looks Green better than weidweld Taylor we didn't replace Bartley better than cooper Wood better than all forwards we have. So we haven't replaced anyone with anyone better. And we replaced monk with someone unknown. So perhaps he didn't do a bad job considering what monk had compared to what TC had. The only positives so far is probably saiz and maybe Philips improved goal scoring this season

Ok so PH wasn't my first choice but he's here now and I'll get behind him and the team, so Leeds might not be his favorite club, so what, i expect him to coach with professionalism and integrity and if he does I can see him doing well, he's done ok over at barnsley with a very limited budget and a squad that's hardly capable of setting any league on fire.
He's done ok over at barnsley so imagine what he can do for Leeds with a better squad at his disposal and some players coming out from suspensions etc. On his first day he's had the lads out in the freezing cold snow and shouted orders at them, A proper Yorkshire coach that won't take any crap, never mind sunny Spain. get out in the cold like real men. And just a thought, remember when we brought in Steve Evan's, how many people complained ? the same people that cried when he went !

Noticed a few posts about what formation PH will play etc. Well looking at the last few games he seems to prefer 4-3-3 but there has been some 4-4-2 as well. So can't see him going 3 at back. Altho good luck putting 4 defenders out there on Saturday. 4-3-3 would work with 3 centre mids but we going to probably have to sacrifice hernandez and go something like foreshaw Philips okane or viera and then maybe dallas and saiz or alioski and saiz and lassoga as the the 3 forward players or maybe Tyler Roberts

We will all be back here again in 6 months time saying I hope our new ten bob manager does well let's all get behind him. He did well with that Sunday league pup team. Can't say I felt this underwhelmed when whackaday got the job. Cheap skates

With the lack of defensive cover, what formation do you think Hecky to start with on Saturday ? Going to throw a curve ball and suggests he starts with 3-5-2. Pennington, De Bock and someone from U23s. Dallas left wing back, either Anita or Alioski right wing back. Hernandez with Forshaw and Phillips/Viera in middle and Lassoga and Roberts up front. Pennington seems more comfortable in a three and if an U23 is introduced at the back it might take the pressure off being in a three

Felix, Anita, Pennington, DeBock, Dallas, Viera, Forshaw, Phillips
Hernandez, Roofe, Alioski Subs: Roberts, Cibicki, Lasogga, Sacko, Peacock, ? Two of the forwards would need to make it 5 in midfield to win the ball back. Felix should just boot it long as his passing is crap. Easy on paper!

When we judge PH on his first few games let's not forget that we were all predicting TC was likely to get us few or no points in these games. So anything better than this will be an improvement.

By Heck looks like we have hit bottom! We are getting that Paul lad as manager apparently. Can't remember his surname . but it's him that hated Leeds growing up as a kid playing football behind his house! Go on Paul and take us back to the promised land and you too can bragg about being a part of Leeds United! Lol. In truth we welcome you Paul and we will give you 100% support. Lots of negative posts about PH becoming new manager but I don't think its a bad appointment. I would of liked SG back tho. Done a good job at Barnsley imo, its not easy when you lose your best players as we know. Who knows what can happen? Good luck to him, he has better players at Leeds at his disposal.

Think there is a bigger picture. He’s had no resources after selling Hourihane and others last year in which he had a decent side on a very low budget which beat us if I recall. He got them
Promoted in his 1st year and win the JPT so give the guy a chance. MOT
