i think gfh will appoint david flitcroft as a cheap option, hope not though

Believable2 Unbelievable33

We certainly won't be getting a high profile manager. can't afford to pay their wages so if its not him it will be some other untested

Agree0 Disagree0

Why would flitcroft leave barnsley they have more chance of staying up than us

the odds jump came from the people who mistakenly bet on Matteo, instead of Di Matteo.

Believable24 Unbelievable14

No chance

Roberts di Matteo to join but he is waiting who is going to manage Chelsea because he might get payed a bit more than we are offering

Believable7 Unbelievable33

Is this the same Chelsea that dismissed him last year or a different Chelsea?

Gavin

Agree0 Disagree0

Well who ever is going to get the Chelsea job next seasonis going to leave a big club so I'd Matteo is going to wait until that job is confirmed so the manger who has left to join chelsea will leave his club so di Matteo will see which job would be free

Davide Somma back in contention after regaining fitness. Could be just the tonic as an impact player coming from the bench.
MOT!

Believable38 Unbelievable15

Start him. Time to shake things up. Poleon and somma. Mckprmack Diouf and hall. let's give it to em.

Agree2 Disagree0

Sorry too late now - we now need to bring on 7-8 impact players and replace all the deadwood. Keep Byram, Lees, Kenny & Ross.

Agree1 Disagree0

Impact player? Since when has David Somma come on and made an impact? I'd agree he's been useful from time to time but never a player to make an impact and change a game.

Agree0 Disagree1

Never made an impact? Most of the goals he scored came when he came on from the bench, including a number of winners! As for useful 'from time to time' he has the clubs best goal scoring ratio over the last few seasons, just been unlucky with injuries. The one full season he was fit he had 6th best strike rate IN THE WORLD (FIFA website stats, and I'm not talking about the game!) We may have reached playoffs that season if Grayson stuck with him instead of playing barndoor Billy!

Roberto Di Matteo is now 1/1 to be next manager ()

Believable30 Unbelievable15

And exactly where did the favourite come in the Grand National.

Agree1 Disagree0

Wouldnt read too much into it. Odds drop when lots of people bet on a certain outcome. Bookies lower the odds here and increase the odds on other outcomes to balance their exposure to the markets

Can't really compare a horse race to the appointment of a manager!

"Can't really compare a horse race to the appointment of a manager"

Why not? There's more than one competitor and some of them stand no chance whatsoever?

Actually a horse race is a safer bet, at least you know how many horses are in it and who they are.

Agree0 Disagree0

Well the last horse we has was an ass who fell at every hurdle and quit before the run in. He actually quit before the elbow!

Agree2 Disagree0

Hope this comes off, at last a bit of f***ING AMBITION
