Looks like Cibicki and Lasogga last acquisitions before the deadline. I'm happy with that. It basically means the majority of the £15m intact whereas all of it would've disappeared with say Jota and Gestede. Well played Radz.

1.) 28 Aug 2017 14:45:36
So you don't expect anyone else coming in at the back then?

2.) 28 Aug 2017 15:13:32
I do not Starky and feel it would be a mistake. I really like the look of Shauny. Penny and Knife Man should be back early October and we have been keeping clean sheets. Bringing in another defender could upset the tight group we have.

3.) 28 Aug 2017 15:19:16
Don't think we need anymore with Pennington back soon and shaughessy on the bench with cooper and Pontus playing. Think TC will have everything covered as is astute with his awareness off what's needed and what isn't. Beradi still too come back too. Going to be a hard team to break into if they keep playing like we are. Imo I would start Dallas instead off pablo. ⚽️👍😃

4.) 28 Aug 2017 16:21:03
Agree George don't think we really need anyone at this moment in time but if we get Lasogga for a good deal I would be happy to sit on the cash and wait for good deals .

It's official. Wood passes medical and is now a Burnley player.

1.) 21 Aug 2017 13:57:45
all the best to him, as long as he never scores against us.

2.) 21 Aug 2017 13:58:06
Wonder who has a nicer bench Leicester or Burnley? Hmmm

3.) 21 Aug 2017 14:09:40
Alot of them are those comfy looking car seat things in the prem but as Leicester have a more modern stadium i would say them at a guess. send Woody a tweet in a few weeks time to confirm.

4.) 21 Aug 2017 17:31:50
Who was he again?

20 Aug 2017 18:44:35
We are linked with Oliver McBurnie at Swansea. He was born in Leeds.

1.) 21 Aug 2017 10:09:06
Good move as long as it's not a loan.

Hearing reports Burnley third and final bid around 15.5m plus add-ons accepted by LUFC. Wood to miss Sunderland fixture and go for medical.

10 Aug 2017 14:22:47
Liam Cooper signs new 4 year deal with LUFC.

New image uploaded to the
Leeds Player Sightings page entitled, Evidence that Mrs Integrity replaced our old maid with Pontus

1.) 14 Sep 2017 12:59:41
GIW. How did you find out? Was Mrs Integrity all flustered one night when you got home unexpectedly early? Was her hair looking like she'd been dragged through a hedge backwards? Did you spot a pair of her knickers going around on the bedroom ceiling fan? Or was it just the brilliant white and well pressed CLEAN SHEETS?

2.) 14 Sep 2017 15:23:16
LIG Another clue was there were a couple of broken bricks in the garden.

13 Sep 2017 09:46:57
Pontus league clean sheet ratio as at mid-September stands at just 100%

1.) 13 Sep 2017 11:27:17
Sheer class. He could have scored a few in these 4 games so his stats could have read 0 conceded 1 to maybe 4 scored, which for a central defender is absolutely unheard of.

2.) 13 Sep 2017 11:29:11
Well my prediction was nearly spot on. I knew it would be a hard fought contest but didn't legislate for the injury time second goal from super sub Dallas. Well done Georgie boy, spot on with your 2-0 prediction. Now please post the numbers for Friday's Euromillions and I'll buy you a drink when they come in. Only a half mind, I'm not made of money! MM

3.) 13 Sep 2017 13:52:53
Thanks MM. I'll be popping in to my local Spoons tonight. My tipple is a 1664. That could be the amount of minutes required for us to concede another league goal. I think that would take us up to a week or two before Chrimbo. Talking of up, we are going, say we are going up. See what can do on Euromillions. Not promising owt. George

If 🙉 were to offer recently sacked Frank a job at Boro not sure if that would enhance or make worse 🙉 reputation. You see especially with no goals and 4 defeats then you'd end up with a Boer Constrictor! 😄😆

1.) 11 Sep 2017 19:57:13
George, that was truly shocking.

2.) 11 Sep 2017 20:21:34
The opposite to constricting George your stretching it with that one

3.) 11 Sep 2017 20:27:21
To be Frank GIW, that was awful

4.) 12 Sep 2017 06:37:38
Love stretching wex but only when pretty females are involved

5.) 12 Sep 2017 06:42:02
Good one LIG. Frankly, I believe my joke was reasonable. LUFC performances are no joke right now. The summit of the Championship beckons.

09 Sep 2017 17:21:09
Pontus league clean sheet ratio for the season moving into mid-September stands at 100%

1.) 09 Sep 2017 18:57:45
Thanks George. Felix 'the cat' earned his money today.

At half-time yesterday Forest manager realized Traore versus Alioski was so one-sided he handed the full-back his mobile phone. Traore asked what do I need that for? Warburton replied to call travel agents right now! Traore confused asked why he needed to do such a thing? Warburton explained he had to catch up with the Leeds winger somehow.

I agree with you Delboy. Ings good player but I believe the German is more of what we need variety wise. I can see him helping Grot mature.

Martyn. First off he looks fitter. Second he absolutely knew he'd be last choice if he didn't impress. That must've acted like a rocket up his behind and he's now in the best form of his life. Can see him playing 20 league games before he's dropped in favour of Penny or Shauny.

Behave! is right. Dallas has a good effect on the training pitch encouraging others to work as hard as him. His skill level and performance has gone up a notch so no wonder another club wants him. He's a keep and I'd give him a 2 year contract extension. Worst that can happen with Dallas is a solid season giving us some goals and assists then he's a squad player in the PL until sold.

Good posts. I'd have certainly played Swiss Army Knife, RV and Grot but this still a curve of education for Top Cat. Lesson learned when playing physical teams match them at least for first hour, 70 minutes. We all knew that but now so does TC. The reaction is what's important now and I'd set up for another physical encounter with Burnley.
