Just read that Dallas is in the final year of his contract. He needs to be tied down longer as Norwich are apparently interested in him.

1.) 24 Aug 2017 15:33:59
Agree, I like Dallas and would be sorry to see him go.

2.) 24 Aug 2017 15:43:12
If we are going to lose him to Norwich then we should ask for Oliveira to be part of the deal, Dallas and a few quid to them. But do like Dallas, wonder why we haven't extended his contact unless he is surplus to our needs.

3.) 24 Aug 2017 16:20:37
I've read the Norwich - Dallas connection in the YEP, I must say that Dallas is a good player and he seems to of improved under TC! I think it would be good to give him a new contract extension as he gives us another dimension! MOT

4.) 24 Aug 2017 16:29:35
I rate Dallas and he's started the season off brightly. Really need to be keeping this one of the old guard, he's good for the craic. MM

5.) 24 Aug 2017 17:25:30
Been saying this a couple off weeks we was in final
Year and get him tied down to a longer contract. Also he doesn't want to leave lees as is settled. 👍⚽️⚽️😃

6.) 24 Aug 2017 18:58:37
A player of his quality should not be allowed to run his contract down. We should sign him up with a Radz special 'four year deal'. Cracking player and decent beard. MM

7.) 24 Aug 2017 21:44:05
Sorry guys but I disagree Dallas a good player but we have him for the season if we want but he's championship quality is he premiership quality

8.) 25 Aug 2017 08:05:38
And if we are in the championship next year, wex. what then? We've let a solid championship player, probably worth 2-3 million, wall out the door to sign for bloody Norwich? Give the boy a deal and prevent someone like them poaching him for nowt.

9.) 26 Aug 2017 00:34:12
Dallas is a solid, versatile workhorse so I would keep him, just maybe not as a starter. If he asks to leave though and we can use him as a make weight towards Oliveira I wouldn't be upset at all, one is worth more points across a season than the other.

10.) 26 Aug 2017 01:39:17
Behave! is right. Dallas has a good effect on the training pitch encouraging others to work as hard as him. His skill level and performance has gone up a notch so no wonder another club wants him. He's a keep and I'd give him a 2 year contract extension. Worst that can happen with Dallas is a solid season giving us some goals and assists then he's a squad player in the PL until sold.

29 Jun 2017 17:27:28
Hmmmmm. just my thought
If our goalkeeping coach left and we sign Weidweld, I reckon Green will become our new coach?

1.) 29 Jun 2017 21:38:51
We already signed a new goalkeeping coach, Marcos Abad.

2.) 30 Jun 2017 11:37:50
Ah, OK
I missed that one while on holiday

Paul Heckingbottom calls for a "change in mentality" Why didn't he do this 10 games ago?

1.) 30 Apr 2018 10:33:12
Calls for a change in mentality but continues to pick the players with the poor mentality. I accept he has limited options but will need to take responsibility next season for picking players with the right mentality with coaching them in effective game management.

2.) 30 Apr 2018 11:02:25
TC had the same players playing decent football so hopefully PH isn't here next season.

3.) 30 Apr 2018 12:37:39
Jay, there's no reason for a change in mentality. That's why there won't be one.

4.) 30 Apr 2018 12:49:13
TC also had the same players playing some bloody awful football.

16 Apr 2018 12:17:16
Just a little tip for AR here, you are NOT going to sell many season tickets while PH is still coach ;-p

1.) 16 Apr 2018 14:27:07
They won't be bragging about selling 20,000 S/T this time unless something dramatic happens in tbe summer and we spend multi millions on quality players but that ain't going to happen, could be a very dispondant summer if its left to Orta again and starts bringing in cheap foreign crap. Plus the dozen or so players we need to make available for transfer we may have to terminate some contracts and that will cost money but worth it to get rid of the crap.

2.) 16 Apr 2018 15:17:30
Agree well listening to what's coming out from Elland road they're sticking with PH and Orta so afraid it will be as you said more foreign crap coming in don't think Radz will be satisfied till Orta does to us what he did at Boro I for one ain't renewing my season ticket instead Ill cherry pick which matches I go to Radz and Orta totally messed up what we had last season no confidence in the whole set up at all went for quantity over quality instead of learning from it will do the exact same again sorry Radz youve messed up big time

3.) 16 Apr 2018 18:17:12
The situation could be retrieved by the wise spending of just a few million on two quality signings to bolster our defence and, if felt necessary, our striking options.

4.) 16 Apr 2018 18:42:05
What about our midfield Leodis Phillips and O'kane need to be moved on i'd keep Vieira only because of his age so that's two we need in that position we need quality stronger goal scoring midfielders.

5.) 16 Apr 2018 20:36:49
Please, please move O'Kane on, let him go on a free to a L1/2 club, where he belongs. I'd persevere with Phillips on the bench and any suggestion of Viera going should be stamped out straightaway

11 Apr 2018 15:22:38
I hope this "sack heckingbottom" rumour is true. I would prefer waiting till the end of the season or maybe put Carlos Corberan in charge and take time to pick the right man.

1.) 11 Apr 2018 15:51:40
Jay, what we certainly don't want is another clueless foreigner with no experience of the English league. What we need is someone who knows what it takes to manage in this country, preferably young, preferably English. Oh wait a minute. We've tried that in recent, The Hock n The Heck, doh. Silly middle aged forgetful me ;-)

2.) 11 Apr 2018 16:10:15
Lucas, he is our U23 boss, he could take over for a while without the club spending any more cash :-)

3.) 11 Apr 2018 16:16:17
Agree Lucas. It's like people are telling the Ipswich fans who've been baying McCarthy's head: be careful what you wish for!

4.) 11 Apr 2018 18:43:15
Brighty, I think McCarthy would’ve been a good fit for Leeds, 10-15 years ago though.

5.) 11 Apr 2018 20:23:12
Totally agree, and could probably still do a job Lucas, but only within the right structure, and with some backing, and I don't think either of those are going to change anytime soon.

11 Apr 2018 10:24:50
I am going to be controversial here and say that sacking Orta is not going to improve our performances. Also, I am not entirely sure we can blame Orta for the poor transfers as surely he is bound financially by AR thus he has to find the what he can for peanuts! Give Orta a big budget and I am sure with his contacts he would bring in the best.

1.) 11 Apr 2018 10:44:28
Completely agree. If he's been tasked with finding players for £1.5m and less than 10k wages, would do you expect? Radz and Heckingbottom are the problem.

2.) 11 Apr 2018 10:45:59
Had a decent budget at Borough. They were glad to see him go. I hope this Deportivo rumour comes off!

3.) 11 Apr 2018 10:57:40
Plenty with smaller budgets are leaving is standing.

20 Mar 2018 16:46:57
I beginning to think that our players suffer from stage fright and can't handle playing in front of 30,000 fans. Then again, that wouldn't explain our away results ;-P

1.) 20 Mar 2018 18:05:57
Not stage fright just too many of them are s***e

2.) 20 Mar 2018 23:09:43
Mezzer agreed mate

3.) 21 Mar 2018 09:47:04
I bet you were not saying they were $#! t3 after the first 7 games of the season, I wasn't being serious, just trying to figure out what has gone wrong LOL

4.) 21 Mar 2018 16:17:56
Won't be a problem soon then, when the crowds drop into the teens.

5.) 21 Mar 2018 20:21:30
Jay, no I didn't but maybe I should be saying too many don't care!

There may be some truth in it as his odds have been slashed by the bookies!

Why don't we just do what they did and give him away with another 50% sell on clause then we owe Bournemouth 50% of nothing ;-)

I believe we would have made the play-offs with TC, he seemed to have a good run, bad run, good run, bad run etc. and we were due a good run when PH took over but unfortunately he never made an impact and that good run was non-existent.
