As with all such debates, no one truly knows how players will perform at a higher level until they have played there. Common sense dictates that all teams going up have needed to strengthen and I doubt we would be any different. Whilst he is only here on loan, personally I have been very impressed by Kyle Bartley, he looks comfortable on the ball and like many better quality players, he seems to have time on the ball. I was at today's game and continue to believe Ayling is a good acquisition and Wood is a quality player, as well as his goal scoring record, his link up play was excellent. I like Jordan Rhodes but Wood looks a more complete player. Quite the nicest thing I saw was at the end, O'Kane stopped for what must have been five minutes to chat, pose for photos and sign autographs as well as make a gift of his boots to young and in some cases less fortunate members of our society, a lovely gesture and great to see.

I was at the game today and clearly not the best of performances, whilst I and my friend both agreed we had maybe just the better of the first half, Cardiff always seemed to carry more threat. Antenucci is a good player but being stuck up front by himself is just not his game. Bamba was commanding at times but overall not a game I think he'd want to remember with a couple of howlers including the under hit back pass played without much regards to where Cardiff's players might be standing!

I would however like to put in a word for Murphy, a player I will admit to liking a lot, he was just about everywhere, clearing up in midfield, throwing himself into tackles up and down the pitch and seldom giving the ball away. In my view if we were looking for a new captain sometime, a very logical choice and I think it helps to be playing in midfield for that job. Personally I thought Wootton had a pretty sound game.

We could do with a natural winger!

Very intelligent post, in fairness to Mr Cellino he is passionate about the Club and does on the face of it appear to have financially stabilised the Club, there however are lot of bad things as well. Everyone in life deserves a second chance but the latest conviction is far from the Chairman's first.

The irrational sackings and appointments, Hockaday, Milanic and the unfortunate departure of true Leeds people such as Richard Naylor are all decisions made by the Chairman himself. I am personally very pleased that Neil Redfearn is promoting youth and given my only involvement with professional football has been building new stands, I'm not really sure I'm actually that well qualified to criticise excessively - he will have a much better idea from training than most of us on who is actually playing well.

Whatever many fans would appear to believe with regards to neat football, it will all come right soon etc the evidence would appear to be that this team is not the equal of last season's team which even flirted with the play-off places, albeit briefly, something on current form looks very unlikely.

The offer we received for McCormack was I think too good for almost any Championship Club, especially one in financial trouble to turn down but he is a big loss in my view and has not been fully replaced. Michael Tonge may well not be the player he once was but unlike some, he uses his experience and I always believe he is giving 100%.

A sale into a more stable ownership would I believe be in the Club's long term best interests.
