Leeds look to have missed out on the signing of defender Jason Denayer, with reports in Turkey suggesting he turned down an £8m move to Elland Road in order to team-up with Galatasaray (Aksam)
Disappointing but an £8m. offer shows real intent.

I didn't see yesterday's game but apparently Vieira was dreadful.
I don't think he's kicked on in the way we all hoped to be honest and £6.6m seems a good bit of business. It will also mean we get another midfielder in and if its Foden on a season long loan that represents a huge upgrade for the squad.
Bamford is a great signing and and Williams fits the bill too. Forget about his time at Boro under Pulis the plank.
Forshaw's latest scare is only a toe injury and he's expected to be fit if not for the start of the season then very soon afterwards.
All in all the squad is being slowly but surely upgraded and we may well find Bielsa's first choice CBs end up being Pontus and Phillips but keep an eye out for Shaughnessy.
I say so every year but this time I really do think our prospects are the best for at least ten years.

Time will tell if bamford is a ‘great signing’ as you put it, I aren’t convinced at all, I think he will play slightly deeper, which means we will probs offload saiz and buy a number 9.

Would be a great signing. He should have been at the World Cup. Kinnear has hinted we'll be in for one or two Premier League players on loan and to me that makes much more sense than filling up the squad with makeweights like Mbakogu. However, we won't know who is available from the PL clubs till they've sorted their own squads out. The loan market remains open for a few weeks after the permanent move window closes.

I don't know much about the Peterborough lads but they're highly thought of and the right age. Far prefer the idea of them to Mbakogu.
