Mail reporting that FL are to charge Cellino with refusing to hand over copy of Judges tax evasion case result. They have run out of patience as they can't get their own copy and it seems Cellino's Italian lawyer won't hand it over.

nolansonline

1.) Under italian law the football league have no right to see the report, that's why they can't get a copy. Here we go again the football league thinking there above the law, so they can get rid of leeds united

2.) Mail just raking over the coals, rules state Cellino has to tell them of any changes to his circumstances that affect his standing. If he has not told them they have to assume nothing has changed, they can't punish him for anything. The story of the judges wording is just that a story. only Coco knows what it says and he would not leak it.

3.) I said earlier in the week that I didn't think Charles Sale liked us much. However if he (and the FL) think this is an acceptable route to go down, they are on dangerous ground. By the by, why anyone would find the post unbelievable is beyond me.

4.) Get ready for a counter suit by Cellino then he's already 1-0 against the FL this time take em for millions as well lol would be good eh?

5.) 11 Oct 2014 15:34:05
Flipper - Well said - I was only reporting what's in the press today - so why do people disbelieve something that's in the national media for all to see!

6.) The FL would be entering new ground here so in some ways bring it on I say. I say that cause I do believe in our commercial justice and I can't see the FL rules being tight enough here to force a sale of Leeds which would mean a loss to MC.

As our laws always favour rich people who own stuff then FL would have its work cut out, also their motivation on this must be called into question f it put the club in danger, any legal eagle will have a field day on this you would think

7.) Who knows? It will be interesting to see what Mr. Sale has to say tomorrow .

8.) Was not saying I don't believe it but the only person who has access to the report is Massimos Italian lawyer and I doubt if he would leak what it says to the mail. I think the mail is speculating what it says to stir up trouble. I believe the FL want it but their rules state he only needs to inform them if something has changed to his circumstances that affect his fit and proper status. At the moment no one knows it has. If the lawyers are appealing the decision then it still has not. The judgement has been released for ages and if the FL thought they were on solid ground they would have been all over Massimo by now

9.) Ny the way did the mail not run the story about Iranian money buying Leeds that they admitted in the article that they had no evidence of and was basically heresay

Adam Pope reporting that Paul Hart, Tony Mowbray & Chris Hughton all wants to be the next Leeds coach.

nolansonline

1.) 05 Sep 2014 13:19:03
For gods sake not Houghton.! Would never get the fans behind him!

2.) Hughton must be obsessed with Leeds. First he wants to buy all our players whilst he was manager at the carrot munchers, now he wants to be manager! I would prefer the 7 year old who has applied.

MM

PS - Happy Friday everyone. Time to get on it!

3.) 3 talented players that have failed as managers!!

4.) All of them are carp.

5.) Not Mowbray - he's dire, uninspiring, dull and produced teams to match

6.) Dear Mick It's web-fingered, sister loving carrot crunchers please!

why say no - he's scored 2 in 5 games at Rotherham - that's as many as Sharp / Morrison have managed all season. If we don't take him he'll go back there and potentially might score the goals to keep them up and relegate us!

nolansonline

1.) No
He wont

Pavoletti at ER today according to YEP's Phil Hay - signing on loan until end of season with view to a permanent move in summer.

nolansonline

1.) Hope he didn't watch game or he'll be half way back to Italy by now!

2.) Aye, another what's his name - who was going to sign until he saw them play

3.) On second thoughts, let's hope he did see em play, and he will be thinking how good he's going to look in this team

nolansonline

1.) Seems a good shout to me

2.) If he took the job he would be home in Italy for Christmas! (so would anybody else to be fair).

We have a plethora of CB's - Del Fabro, Wootton, Bamba, Cooper, Bellusci & Pearce. Something needs to give.

You are at cross purposes - one of you is talking about Charlie Taylor the other Stuart Taylor. One is a full back (CT) , the other a goalkeeper (ST).

Hes out of contract and wanted by Derby. Good move for him, frees wages up at Leeds and gives Taylor a run in the team.

Actually any of the others might be ok. because when they kick the ball even they don't know where its going to go, so I guess neither will the opposition keeper!

Interesting you think that the players are tired and need more time off to recharge. anyone considered that Brian McDermott might need a few days too? He's had all the congested Christmas fixtures, all the transfer going ons, done hundreds of interviews, appeared at functions almost daily and has travelled to every match unlike some of the players. He's been trying to find a flat to live in and also has a takeover going on in the boardroom. The Ryan Hall saga, Dioufs regular requests for time off etc will all have had his input. Add in agents etc and he must be in need of a couple of days away just to have a clear mind in my opinion.
