Aye Bright ? there is something basic and satisfying in the company of animals, like being in and around nature rather than the circus our species has become! More genuine than a lot of people I meet lol.

Always preferred the animals as much better companions than humans. Mind you my Jack Russell makes me wonder sometimes, thank God he can’t talk ?.

Allergic to cats, but a huge labrador fan but lost all three of our dogs over 18months to you know what!

Broke my heart to bits!

Just volunteer to watch friends and families dogs now.

I also have a JRT, OP. he will be 20 in 3 weeks' time, so our equivalent of 140 years old! Unfortunately tho we're at the point of facing that dreadful dilemma of what to do for the best for him.
On his day over the years tho, a huge dog in his own head! ?.

Thats a fantastic age for a Jack Bright but sadly they do depart us eventually as Class has mentioned about his own dogs. It’s always the hardest part of being a dog owner, crushing in fact.
Mines 15 yrs old and sadly only has a few months left, I’ll miss the little bugger when he’s gone.


I will only focus though on all the years of wonderful companionship he has given us and i'm sure us to him.

Someone once said to me that they are a very big part of our lives, but invariably, we are all of theirs! We give them everything we can to give em their best lives.

I had two white boxers. Ave age apparently about 9.
My girl Rosi lived until she was 13. Mind was as bright as a button but legs gave way.
The king. Buster. 2 months shy of 15. I tell your. The king of animals. Huge heart and my best friend ever. Xxx.
