Nahki Wells is looking to come to Leeds. He knows the area well having studied here. He wants first team football and that is the reason he is reluctant about the premier league. Its still up in the air but he has an offer on the table and he's indicated that Leeds looks like the right move short term.

Highly unlikely
he'll go to qpr for about £3m which qpr offered before the last transfer window or he'll go to a lower premiership team, wheres he's guaranteed a game every week.
he's not tested in these leagues but clubs will take a gamble on him. leeds will not sign him, he's too expensive!

3.) 03 Jan 2014
QPR Wolves and Reading have all bid for him

4.) 03 Jan 2014
How many three million league one to premier league gambles have happened recently?

5.) 03 Jan 2014
QPR didn't bid the only bid Bradford received for him in summer was from Peterborough for £1.2m which they rejected

Everyone keeps saying highly unlikely! I had a guy at my xmas gathering that is high up at Bradford and he kept telling me Leeds are right in there when it comes to Nakki Wells, doesn't matter how much money other clubs have, if he doesn't want to go there it won't happen.

Not quite sure where a 5'7" striker will fit in when our main man Ross is only 5' 9". would be an expensive bench-warmer. Any new striker will need to be a powerful type in the mould of a Becchio, Sharp, Deeney etc (not necessarily those individuals, before anyone starts. but definitely one in their mould, someone to put pressure on defences).
