Just heard that Cellino intends to appeal. He is angry at being branded as a crook and will fight to clear his name.
Ed- any idea on timescales for these appeals?

{Ed013's Note - No idea sorry}

Been on ssn he is appealing and peltier defo signed 4 forest

2.) 25 Mar 2014
Up to 14 days I think t appeal the FL but I think he would need to clear his name on the tax ovation first b4 FL will give em the time of the day.
he also says he is doing it for the fans and that need money in days or months but rather than hours? sounds that were up the creak without a paddle!
god how another 3 points tonight would nearly cheer me up!

Hope he does appeal the FL decision, but on what grounds can he appeal? He's said himself that it can take months/years for the Italian court to hear his appeal on the tax evasion, so nothing will have changed within the next 14 days.

For todays fixed football lottery and fixed results, all enquiries to shaun harvey

5.) 25 Mar 2014
Peilter signs on loan to Bolton,, we need a billionaire for our great club mot

6.) 25 Mar 2014
He said he can pay off fine tomorrow i.e its not a massive bill. So I can't see why he can't do that and then be allowed to takeover.

Poor Mr Cellino, branded a crook by the FL who them themselves are crooks, they represent 3 clubs below Leeds, isn't that a conflict of intrest?
Anyway forget the sour grapes, if another buyer comes in wouldn't it make more sense to let Leeds go into administration so they wouldn't have to buy the clubs debts? the saga continues

Hope he gets himself a proper barrister to replace coco and GFH's clowns otherwise he is just wasting more of his retirement time. Wish you all the best Mr Cellino but the odds are stacked against you with Shaun Harvey at the helm of all things corrupt at the FL.

Do you really think that Administration will help, it wont. Remember 17 points deduction, what's the betting if LUFC do enter admin, for second time in a few years, then it will be 20 points deducted, and that's next season, not this. After all if just a ten point deduction was to take place THIS season, that puts LUFC right in Relegation dog fight.

10.) 25 Mar 2014
As a poster above said how can he appeal when his criminal appeal in Italy won't be heard for a fair amount of time. I get the feeling we should start looking elsewhere for a buyer, maybe GFH are already

11.) 25 Mar 2014
Original poster here, an appeal in the sense that the FL board were not fully or perhaps appropriately contingent of italian law in concluding their decision. Also to consider what serves the best interests of football indebtedness, and to have a club continue to struggle in this way when there is a man able and willing to set the clubs finances on a proper footing. And perhaps to question the veracity of a FL board adjudicating when they perhaps have vested interests in the bid falling through and worse still lufc going into admin. Especially where mil wall and blackpool are concerned.

12.) 25 Mar 2014
To be honest I don't think any club would have an interest in seeing LUFC fail. We are still seen as a big club and usually draw big crowds at our away games. If we are demoted or worse wound up then they will have to replace us with a club from league 1 who with the exception of two or three clubs are nowhere near the big draw that we are

13.) 25 Mar 2014
Am I missing something, or am I right in thinking if Cellino pays the €600k outstanding, won't he be cleared? Then pass FL approval?

14.) 25 Mar 2014
I think the fit and proper person test would be around the fact that there has been dishonesty in the first place and the incident has gone to court, by your logic any wrong doer who is well off could buy themselves out of trouble, surely that can't be right, MC should have paid the tax bill to begin with surely

Its the CONVICTION that is the problem, not the fine. Even if fine paid today, he is still guilty. The conviction would not be "Spent" for 5 years.
