Herd that of gfh's 25% that in fact KB retains 10% of the whole!
The man is like a nasty STD that never fully goes away no matter how many drugs you throw at it.

Hate him. Pure and simple.

I don't know which is more worrying, bates being here still, or an std that won't go . I didn't think this was possible. I'm now going to be very wary of women cause as we all know, some can be dodgy!

If that's true then he's thought to own ER and TA so he's still got quite a major stake in LU. Like a bad *art, still lingering to put it mildly.

Do GFH even own a 25% stake? not according to the ownership statement posted on the official LUFC news feed. So I highly doubt Mr Bates will have a 10% holding in GFH’S share.

Can any one actually confirm what share GFH actually has if the LUFC news feed is incorrect?

{Ed007's Note - According to the club's website HERE, which I imagine will be covered by financial regulatons on such statements:

LUFC is 81.58% owned by Eleonora Sport Limited which is 100% owned by Eleonora Immobiliare S.p.A ultimately belonging to an independently managed Trust established for the benefit of the Cellino family.

LUFC is 15.79% owned by UK Investment Company which is 100% owned by GFH Financial Group, BSC.

LUFC is 2.63% owned by Leeds City Holdings Limited which is 25% owned by GFH Capital Limited and 75% by Eleonora Sport Limited.

Thanks ed, although this structure can only refer to assets OF lufc, hence ER and TA do not form part of this equation.

All big business' are inter-twined with each other. Can't say I understand much of it but all this hate towards Bates and Cellinno won't get Leeds back to were we want them to be. Worth considering that without either of those two we might not even have a club now!

Worth remembering that without first Bates then Cellinno we might not even have a club now. All this hate and turmoil just puts players off signing for us and doesn't help us get back to where we'd like to be.

Deomass;
My or any other fans hatred of KB is not the reason we are a footballing basket case, the reason is KB himself. He has set us up to fail, this has been said time and again on this site and other forums,
In cahoots with Shaun Harvey they have abused and mismanaged this club with staggering neglect, any other area of commerce would have seen the pair of them in prison, yet football seems to tolerate "shysters" like no other business. Recall how he took us into receivership then bought us back for £1? when there were other viable buyers who wrier willing to step up. Recall how he Sold us to GFH while sniggering saying " i'll be back when you've ***ked it up" Recall how he has sold our finest footballing talent for peanuts, talent with which we could easily have gained promotion. I won't list them, I'm sure you know who they are., KB clearly didn't want us in the top flight, his hatred for us is only eclipsed by mine for him.

KB is documented as saying when chelscum chairman he hates LUFC and the people of leeds and would have loved nothing more than to put us out of business. He got his chance and took it.
Express your gratitude how you wish towards who you wish, all I ask is
DO YOUR RESEARCH.

{Ed003's Note - In the interests of the site and Pro these are his honest opinions.}

Pro una

I don't usually read or post on the rumours page, only the Banter Page. But your post is spot on. KB will not rest until we are totally out of business. Done his damndest and very nearly managed it on several occasions. Absolute demon!

All I'm saying is that I wish a small proportion of Leeds supporters would stop feeding the press with the ammunition to keep the saga that is Leeds United running. It does put players off from signing and probably potential owners too. And let's face it, we all probably buy stuff on a daily basis from businesses with dubious owners but I don't see boycotts and demonstrations outside High St stores. Get behind the players and management and make the club an attractive proposition to some wealthy investors. As for research, I clearly don't have access to the information some people have on here. Unfortunately, I don't have the money either to buy the club!

So gfh own 16.4% of Leeds roughly. Surely someone could buy them out.

11.) 23 Feb 2016

It's a problem as they are also entitled to the loans they made to Leeds United or an agreed % which is bigger if we are promoted to the Premiership.

well I can't see them getting a return on that.
