I too think patience is a virtue
Its great we have good manager and exciting to actually get some new young players in.
Realistically our team/squad isn't good enough yet for promotion. Lacks Pace and on field leadership I think.
However, next year with a few more in and youth having more experience we will be ready.
It will be great to get back in prem but even better if we can stay there.
However however, if mcd bloods youth from august and then snaps up a couple more goodens in january maybe we could do a reading surge. But, how long did they last?

Clearly someone who does not know football, hunt is a proven experienced premier league player, you cannot always judge players on how many goals they score, his returns each year have been good but it is the ability to bring other players into the game and the movement and assists that he has done that makes him a very good signing for the championship.

Quite right. I think Hunt will be a very popular player with both fans and team mates due to his work rate

Also strikers are there 2 score that is there main job and his return is pathetic, yes he brings others in but the mid is there 2 do that apart from austin who just shoots all game

In 3 years which is probably more accurate, he scored 24 goals one of those seasons were in in the premier league. If he contributes by scoring 10-12 goals this season which I think he is more than capable of. Luke varney scored six goals, noel hunt is much better than him and he is surrounded by a higher quality side. Noel hunt will work a lot harder, he won't dive and he will be a fans favourite. We've got a few other strikers who will bang in goals and it all adds up
