Not much mention of Mallik Will's in the last few discussions on next season's squad. Guess this may be due to his impending court case - due to start 1 July (? ) . I guess we all hope thecase is over quickly and he's found not guilty - but either way, not great timing for pre-season. Also given Bub's line on discipline, I wonder what if any bearing it might have on his thinking really Wilks'possible place in the squad. Bub seems a decent guy and I'd hope he'd make some allowance for the impact of his brother's murder. If given the opportunity, I believe Will's would have quite slot to offer.

I think he could do a job, 14 goals and 8 assists and looks like he played on the right wing/ forward If bielsa doesn't want him them sell for decent money.

One of my sons is a Donny fan, apologies for that, so I have taken some interest in their televised matches and especially in the Performance of Malik Wilks. My summary is that he is tricky and skillful but incredibly lazy and so wouldn't get within a mile of a Bielsa team. Don'the pin any hopes on him.

Big mart

Its interesting you say Wilks is a bit lazy

I can think of a few players, that during the Christenson and Heckingbottom era, were also very lazy in their defensive duties

My take on that is that Biesla has demonstrated his ability to create very good players from raw talent, so hopefully Wilks will have viewed that and seen that he has a golden opportunity to work with a world class coach.

Agree with Mart Wilks is a bit lazy but he got 16 goals and 12 assists in all competitions so imagine if Bubs could correct that fault, maybe some player then.
