Danny Mills article makes a lot of sense regarding Rads, his finance's and why he needs to raise investment from various sources if he is as wealthy as reported . Why also would he look at another investor when 49'rs would most likely have put more dough in.

Not sure the 49ers want to be an active member with regards to the management of the club and with greater investment requires a larger percentage of the club and therefore the requirement to manage. Radz probably wants someone to put money in but let him run the show but I feel the 49ers investment is about looking for a quick profit if the club make the PL.

i liked the danny mills article and agree 100%

what we have to remember is rads business away from leeds he spent a fortune on spanish and itialin football and then failed to secure a platform for it, he must of lost a fortune. he wasnt that rich to begin with and now is skint, he is holding on to leeds as we are the last good investment he made and he is trying to sell slices of the pie rather than the whole pie for the good of the club. i am not very impressed with Rads at the moment

it is not leeds fans fault he can't run his own business very well.

He still has the 2 million rent to fall back on, bet that’s not included in any deal he’s doing now, don’t wish to say it , I told you so,

Radz heart is in the right place but his situation has changed massively from where it was 12 months ago due to other investments. If he has our interests at heart he will accept he no longer has the finances to take us forward and if there is a sound offer from someone who will do that then cash in, take your profit and move aside for the good of the club and our future.

What have you told us Whiteman?

We are meant to ignore that white an. Some here don't seem to accept that.

7.) 07 Jun 2019
07 Jun 2019 15:33:16
If Radz sells the club but keeps the rights to Elland Road than both Whiteman and Wexleeds will be right. Until then don't see the issue.

If someone is going to spend loads of cash buying the club, I’m sure they will be astute enough and rich enough to agree a price that includes the ground as well or two sales. If they are just investing in the club the current situation would continue because they are not investing in the ground but the club.

not sure rads heart is in the right place to be honest, not seen anything to make me think his heart is in or isn't in the right place but think he is defintaly a buinessman that sees leeds as an assest not a club.

100% Bermondsey the guys a charlatan. Has told us a few porkies at least Massimo was honest a saint in comparison to Radz.

If he can't take the Club forward I hope he sells it, especially if there is a good offer on the table. I think he tried to get promoted on the cheap and just failed. He must know that won't happen again, even with Bielsa in charge. The foundations are there, but investment is crucial for us to get up. If he does sell I hope any new Owner would want to take the ground off him as well, then he could leave with his head held high and a profit in his pocket.

So what evidence do you have Whitman that Radz even charges rent? Your slating the chairman who orchestrated our best season in years. I bet you’ll be skating the PSG owners for lack of investment if they get in. Some people are never happy. Bet you had some disappointing birthdays as kid!

george is well and truely taking speedies place in my heart and dungeon.

as for rads the proof is in the pudding

rads went to fa due to villa and derby buying ground and renting it to make sure they spend lots of money and pass FFP

rads was told by fa you can do this and replied. i will not do this

this either means he don't have the money to or he doesn't care enough, their is no other reason why he wouldn't take advantage of what other chairmen have for the promise land of the prem. just ask villa.

I accept that some people will always dislike an owner for various reasons just as we argue over players like KP and Harrison and Managers. Respect everyone’s views guys.

I like what Radz has done for the club, I think we are moving in the right direction. I think there could be better owners, but not just about the cash and I think there could be a lot worse. If he wants to stay on and he believes he can be even more successful this year then good luck to him. He will be judged by whether he can do it.

If he stays on he is criticized for wanting promotion on the cheap, if he sells, we will be told that it proves he was only in it for the money, so not sure he can win in some people’s eyes!

Have to say when I go to the games and talk to those who go, I’m not hearing a big Radz our campaign!

Wex, he might be a Charlatan, but ‘Just when you’re thinking things over’, you might think he’s a ‘north country boy’, but he’s ‘the only one I know’.

That sounds a bit different from what you have said before in regards to the ownership of the ground Spanish what happened to owned by a parent company that owns Leeds united now it seems you have realised its a separate entity.

Who mentioned bad memories whiteman? I’m just saying we could have neymar and messi in our team, win the league title, the FA cup, the champions league and you’d still find something to moan about.

MG from One to another, Just when you’re thinkin things over, Radz just needs a Jesus Hairdo now.

Wex, if someone owns two houses in a street through different companies, he still owns both houses and anyone choosing to buy them can do t on the basis that they buy one or both. The club and the ground are still owned by Radz but through different vehicles consistent with the different investments. I honestly don’t think he has done anything that loads of other owners past present or future wouldn’t do in terms of how he has set its up!

28.) 08 Jun 2019
08 Jun 2019 22:19:16
Spanishleeds how the hell can you compare someone buy a house to buy a club,
Point Radz said he will buy Leeds Utd for Leeds Utd fake he bought it for him self or part of his investment which if he sale will not include the ground that’s no difference to way it was before he bought it, and he will change 2 million rent each and every year, and will when he’s ready sell it to anyone he bloody wants to without any concern for Leeds Utd don’t you get it,

29.) 08 Jun 2019
08 Jun 2019 22:21:27
They think it’s all over well your right I don’t intend to .

30.) 09 Jun 2019
09 Jun 2019 08:35:26
Whiteman, we live in a real world where football is business, no one buys Leeds United for Leeds United! Radz companies own the club and the ground. Anyone wanting to buy the ground with the rest of the club can do a deal for both. It’s not complicated. Someone might prefer to buy the club and rent the ground. If it’s a big money buyer, I’m sure they would insist on both.

Personally, I would love to see a Yorkshire syndicate buy the club and ground included, but where are these generous Yorkshire folk been hiding with their cash?

Its easy to slag off an owner without any kind of alternative owner in place who will be better. Anyone who really wants to buy the club can make Radz an offer that he can’t refuse for the club including the ground! That’s how the free market operates. If he is the ruthless only profit orientated scoundrel that you and Wex paint him as, why wouldn’t he sell?

He only gets the big bucks of the premiership if he gets us there!

Spanish I don’t disagree with you on that, my point is why lie, he has, he can do what the hell he likes it’s his money but he ant no messiah, he just someone who has bought Leeds, just because he parade is son in a Leeds top doesn’t make him one either, I fully understand that he’s out to make Money as they all are, some on here think just because we has a good season we shouldn’t talk bad about him, he’s just like many MP full of 💩.
