RHC and Alf, are you still in the most negative camp ever that this was a useless transfer window?
I think it’s a great transfer window, whether they are loans or not, we have lost some decent players (Janson, Roofe) , but gained better players (White, Nketiah) , along with the addition of Costa who will be amazing, retaining Harrison for a 2nd season and kept Clarke for the season, plus a better backup keeper who will probably be the first choice very soon, and be the best keeper we have had for a while!
We have a far better team than last year and I think it may be time for you to indulge in some humble pie, maybe a huge piece! Just my opinion though!

for me wex it ain't about white better than janson it is janson better than cooper last year we was not good enough at the back and kept the lesser player and sold the better one, i like white for cooper but we needed to keep janson or find a replacement.

cooper has been a main stay for years now and always found wanting why will he be good enough this year. let's not even think about if either one get injured or suspended in which case Bernie who sells burgers in the bremner suite will get a game.

Wex, not sure whether there is a clause inserted that he can be recalled, but would be very surprised unless we don’t meet the terms of the contract (playing time) , so we should be OK.
I think it’s just about time to stop with the constant negative posts, which generally come from the same people, who will probably never be happy. Time to get behind the team!

Wex, I used to share the same opinion of loan players, but I do believe that we have strengthened this transfer window and if we go up with this squad, I don't give a rats ass who the players belong to. Villa did it with Abraham, Sheffield Utd had a lot of loanees as they're better players so if we go up, we'll have plenty of money to buy decent replacements for these loaned players.

On another point, I though we had an option to buy Harrison? I hope so as i think he'll have a better season this season and don't want to see his value price us out of a move.
