as for bury and like other . fa could spread there millions they get around . i mean £1m to a lower club is a life saver. they are the one's closing clubs.

Great idea in theory which would help lower league clubs, but the issue is the money goes to the owners of the clubs, and scrotums like the Bury owner would probably pocket that and the club be in the same situation.

What the EFL need to do is ensure they have the power to intervene if a club hits certain issues (that they would need to clarify, like debt, ability to page wages etc) and take control of the club to find a suitable buyer. This should be part of the fit and proper persons test, that prospective owners agree to, so anyone who knows they cannot sustain a clubs future and only in it for the short term exploitation, wouldn’t agree to, as they would lose any investment. Just my opinion, but something needs to be done about these holes who are able to ruin clubs!
